Ishy’s State 2 State Movers

If I had seen these Unilocal comments before I would have gone with someone else!
I moved from Connecticut to Florida and my only complaint was that they took a week after I arrived, to arrive but it was right at the end of the provided timeframe (window of up to two weeks)
They moved everything in and set it where we wanted. Nothing was missing and anytime I called Tony (main driver pictured talking to police), he answered and was always professional and pleasant.
Overall i had a good experience with Ishy’s.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please never use them! They Lie and will charge you MUCH more than you were quoted. The make up policies and say that you signed a contract saying these things and never give you a copy or any type of documentation. They are a BROKERAGE firm and they do not own any trucks!!! That’s why they want you to pay cash. Please stay away! It’s been over a month and I have not gotten my things yet.

As a follow-​up to my prior review, I would like to report how this moving company handled my claim. After almost two months, threats by management my claim would intentionally be delayed, and stonewalling, I finally received a response from Anthem Claim Management. Ishy State 2 State Moving, or Anthem Claim Management, stated that all furniture, being it was not packed in boxes by movers, was thus PBO (packed by owner) and exempt from claims. All water damage, and physical damage from the move was thus nonrefundable. With $ 3500 in damaged goods, I have been awarded $ 96 in compensation.
Please stay away from this company, and ensure your items are fully insured, paperwork is not swapped out when goods arrive late at night, and secondary insurance is purchased.

I made a move from L. A to NYC i called this moving company because i needed to make a move ASAP the quality of the service was VERY GOOD , and helpful. they came in & packed my flat screen t. v with out any damages, i was a little nervous because i payed so much money for the t.v.they offered me free packing services&materials for me to pack my little items that i didn’t want on the truck it was very helpful to me. granted my move was very successful however the truck was a little late on the estimated time but i will most definitively use this company again.
