They were very slow to return my multiple calls (1 week?). Did not fix my problem. Over-​billed. Was not gracious, appreciative or considerate like I’d expect from any other business.

I worked with Tom Myers, Henry’s son, and he solved all my plumbing problems. First he helped me remove my violation with the DOB, coming up with a plan that neither my architect, contractor nor expediter seemed to be able to figure out. Then he fixed the work that my crappy other plumber had done, making it up to code. He gave me a great deal, and is a lovely person. I love to support local family owned businesses, and this would be one of the best of that genre!
