This place used to be much bigger the last time I remember coming, so I thought I was in the wrong store for a second. Came in looking for blank cards, but ended up getting thank-​you notes instead since the former’s a tad bit expensive. $ 4 – 5 for one piece of practically nothing? No thank you… Manager is very helpful and considerate, though.

Walking around this store to kill some time before my boyfriend picked me up from the Avenue U Q Train, I decided to look around and couldn’t help notice all the signs: «You break it, you pay for it!» It was almost under every display involving anything romotely breakable. I felt repremanded at every turn, but that didn’t stop me from picking up the occasionally, «Just because I love you» cards. I get so touched with those damn Blue Mountain ones! They near damn rip your heart out! They need their own sign, «You read, you cry.»
A fairly decent sized Hallmark at that; they seem to be more scarce these days, like bumblebees.
