This place is AMAZING. The service was great and the representative was helpful. I was treated like a king by the staff and the environment had me surprise because how clean and friendly the people are. I Recommend you to go. :)

After trying a different local Orthodontist for my oldest daughter, I was very impressed at the difference in approach, technology, accommodation and service provided.
So I have been bringing my second daughter here for a long time now and she has finally removed her braces.
As you can see from my previous orthodontist review, there is a MAJOR difference. The other orthodontist claimed we would pay one price after an insurance co pay and thinking it would be cheaper than this Dr, we went with the other Dr. Big Mistake! it ended up being the same price. The only difference was that we needed to submit the invoice on our own to the insurance company. Big Deal! Not to mention, with the other orthodontist, if your 15 minutes late, they make you come back in another month! NOT HERE!
The rooms here are very modern, they even had what looks like 3D imaging and the latest in technology. As frustrating as my second daughter was, he was still accommodating and friendly. I have already brought my 3^rd Daughter for a consultation and he will likely start her in the fall.

Dr Halabi has to be the best orthodontist there is. My teeth were horrible before I went and after finally deciding to get invisaline at Halabi Orthodontics ive never been happier with my teeth. Dr Halabi and his staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful and I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

We were new to NY and did not know anyone which is typically how I would start to find a health professional – through referrals from those I trust. However, I did an exhaustive search online and came up with 3 possible choices to interview. Our first appointment was with Dr. Halibi. After meeting Angela, the practice manager and then talking with Dr. Halibi extensively I cancelled the other two interviews and my daughter happily came on as a patient. Still, I was a bit nervous not having spoken with anyone else but I cannot stress enough how incredible Dr. Halibi and his team are. From the initial assessment to the treatment plan to execution – FLAWLESS! The office is spotless, the appointments timely, and the customer service is efficient and super friendly.
Unfortunately we moved a few months after my daughter received her braces. If my daughter’s academic and sports schedule had not been so hectic, we would have flown back and forth from Illinois to NY to keep her with Dr. Halibi.
Dr. Halibi helped us find another orthodontist In our current city, talked with that doctor to ensure ongoing treatment that aligned with my daughter’s current plan and stayed in touch with us afterwards to ensure all was well. In addition, Angela, the amazing practice manager also followed up to see if there was anything else they could do to help with our transition specific to my daughter’s ortho needs. While the new team we are working with is good, both my daughter and I have commented after each visit that this practice does not compare to Dr. Halibi and his team. I highly recommend this practice.

I got my orthodontics done while abroad, then needed a tiny emergency permanent retainer adjustment when I got back to the States. Dr. Halabi took me in his first office day (staying late to do so), was extremely thorough and kind, and did an excellent job. I didn’t even ask about the cost, because it was apparent within a minute of meeting him that I didn’t need to worry (my confidence turned out to be well founded).
As for Angela, she is definitely the most helpful that a doctor’s assistant could possibly be (she clearly thinks of it as much more than a job), and then some. She answers the phone when the clinic is not open, and called the doctor on said off-​day to arrange my emergency appointment within an hour of my first speaking to her. Despite the relatively minor cost of my problem (by orthodontic standards) she worked with me to establish what coverage I had via dental insurance.
As a P. S., the office is super nice and has a working model train that choo-​choos around the entire clinic. Angela plays Lord of the Rings instrumentals to set the mood.

The others reviews don’t lie, Dr. Halibi, his staff, and his office are fantastic. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. Dr. Halibi got to me within minutes of arriving and while my procedure was fairly small and minor he made fixing the issue a priority and went through a number of options and once I decided which I preferred, he got me on the chair and out the door in record time. I’ll be going to him for all my orthodontic needs from here on out.

A scholar and a gentleman, Dr. Halabi is in a class above all others in his field.
He spends his undivided attention with each of his patients to make sure everything is in perfect working order. In emergencies, he will answer his phone or email at all hours. He is someone you can truly depend on and I highly recommend him.

I have been Dr. Halabi’s patient for over 5 years now.
First off, Dr. Halabi is a kind and gentle man with an excellent bedside manner. He always made me feel comfortable and was always sure to make me well informed about my options. He was clear with me about the costs of any procedures before he attempted them and I always knew where we were going with my treatment. He never attempted to oversell me on anything and I always got exactly what I needed.
I have also seen Dr. Halabi work with children and teenagers and they always seem to feel right at home with him as well.
When my braces were all done, I actually found that I missed seeing him every month!
I highly recommend Dr. Halabi to anyone looking for orthodontic care. He’s one of the good ones, that’s for sure!

This is simply a great and unique orthodontist office. My sister in law raved about Dr. Halabi and recommended that I take my kids there several years ago. Right from the start, I found Dr. Halabi to be very kind, knowledgeable, truly cares about his patients and loves what he does. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The office is very modern and hi-​tech. I took three of my kids there for braces and now i can reflect back on our experience there and the results are wonderful. I can’t say enough about how acommodating they are in terms of apointments. They also worked hard to get all the benefits from my Metlife insurance and made sure to tailor a payment plan that was flexible for me so I am not overwhelmed with paying for three kids in braces. I even started Invisalign treatment at Dr. Halabi’s 4 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. Nothing but praise here

First off let me start with Angela. She is the first person you meet upon entering the doors of Dr. Halabi’s office (the office is stunning!). She is such an angel! Angela is by far the perfect person to meet upon entering a new doctors office. She was welcoming, helpful, sweet and patient. Most doctors’ offices nowadays have impatient employees. I was there with my Fiancé when we met the amazing doctor. Dr. Halabi is the definition of excellence! Pure knowledge and sophistication. He was very thorough and extremely patient with us for the consultation. He spent his time explaining every single step in detail. We were walked through the Invisalign process and he explained how everything would work. I was immensely impressed with Dr. Halabi. He by far exceeded my expectations! Dr. Halabi now has two new patients for life! Thank you for everything!

This was my second time on braces and most definitely better experience than my first. First time I got braces was as a teenager in my country with all those wires and the pain. This time had no pain and it was great. My kids and I are grateful to Dr. Eli. He is very knowledgable and patient. He got us to the smile we wanted. Will not go to anyone else and would definitely recommend him.

My father is a general dentist in Brooklyn. When I was a kid, my father never sent me to the orthodontist to get braces because he didn’t think I needed them. As I got older (I am 34 now), my teeth started shifting and I developed a crossbite. I asked my father who he would recommend, and he said that Dr. Halabi is his number one choice. He has many patients that go to him and they only say great things. So I gave it a shot — and now after 15 months of Invisalign treatment, I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr. Halabi and his practice are. First of all, Dr. Halabi is a brilliant orthodontist. He has the best chair side manner and he’s very funny and kind, not to mention has the best hands. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The office is magnificent — very modern and trendy. I love my new smile… And my 11 year old son who just started with his braces at Dr. Halabi’s is loving his experience there just as much as I did mine. Highly recommended!

Excellent braces dentist! Very pleasant experience all in all. The doctor has a great personality, friendly and funny. The staff are helpful and professional. The office is very high tech and quite beautiful actually. I had braces for 1.5 years and now my teeth look straight & awesome. I can’t stop smiling since I got them off last week. I received invisalign with Dr. Halabi. The process was all very simple and easy and in six months my teeth look perfect. Dr. Halabi was very flexible with appointments and tailored the program to my needs. When I was finished he completed additional bonding work to make my smile look even better. I am happy I went ahead and did the work.
