The higher end products I.e. Mizani, Design Essentials, Linange are total knockoffs with different smells, textures, ingredients from the authentic products, and are always missing safety seal. Same goes for their other location closer to Key Food. Consider yourself warned.

Great product selection. Best if you know what you need and just zip in and zip out. Not really a place to get advice on what product to purchase.

Pretty much the only black beauty supply store in the Mill Basin/​Bergen Beach/​Marine Park area.
They have everything. They have human hair, synthetic hair, virgin hair.
You name it, they have it.
I came in for a certain type of hair for my braids.
They only had 2 packs left, but they were 2 different colors.
They tried to sell me some other brand telling me it’s the same thing.
Just tell me you don’t have any more & then let me decide if I want to buy another brand.
I wanted this certain brand for the length because I like my braids long.
This new brand that they were trying to sell me I would have needed 6 packs to get my desired length.
I left annoyed with the 2 different colors.
The girl in the aisle didn’t know much about hair & didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.
The guy who went to the back to check for the hair was just trying to sell whatever he would.
They have so many people in the aisles to make sure people don’t steal, you can at least train them so they know about the products.
The parking area sucks. I try to come here when everyone else is at work.

Great beauty supply store right in my neck of the woods. They have everything… and I mean EVERYTHING! They have lots of staff that are pretty knowledgeable and know the store and the products in and out. It is kind of a big store with a lot of inventory so I wouldn’t expect anything less.
