The honey turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese, Granny Smith apple and honey mustard is delicious. $ 5.50 it’s also a bargain with loads of turkey and dbl layers of cheese. Not sure why everyone is such a hater but Oh wait I live in greenpoint where everyone should kiss my amazing ass all day.

This place is so close to the G and I’m always tempted to go but the cashier is always very rude. He acts like my business is a hassle for him. Everything here is also over priced. Booooo!

F these guys. Different prices depending on who’s working or time of day. After calling the cashier out on price gauging, he says he should be charging more. Why, because now Greenpoint is a «hot» neighborhood? I’m all for supporting local business but I’d rather shop at 7-Eleven downn the street.

The best advice I can give you is don’t buy stamps here. I bought a stamp here once, because I needed to send my rent out, and they marked it up to close to double the price.

Although the prices of a pint of Ben & Jerry’s are constantly fluctuating, they are still the cheapest in the neighborhood. Don’t get a sandwich here though. Terrible and I don’t trust the quality.

I went there tonight to get a midnight snack. I decided to get a Chicken Cutlet Hero. I thought it was going to be yummy… but I was dead wrong. The Chicken was dry as hell, and they gave me the wrong stuff to go along with it. As of now, I will only pick up a drink from there. Subway does a better job then these guys. There is also a sandwich place a block over from there I am willing to try out. If its between starving myself or getting food from there… to quote Tia Russell(Jean Louisa Kelly) from the 1989 movie, Uncle Buck, «I’d rather starve. Thank you.»

People complain about the fluctuating prices here way too much. I know it’s probably a pain-in-the-ass but the portions exceed what you expect from the price and pretty much everything comes with a free can of soda. Onto the food… Not always the freshest, and always seems to be inconsistent. Everytime I order for delivery, something is always messed up or forgotten. The salads are pretty ok, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering their sandwiches anymore; everything is covered in russian dressing or honey mustard(nothing special about either one too and somewhat boring). The only thing I would truly recommend is their grilled chicken selections as I have never had a problem with the consistency or flavor of it. Good luck and choose wisely!

Going down —- to one star, sorry guys– The constantly changing prices is getting out of hand. Next I ask if you take credit card, you say $ 8 minimum. I proceed to buy a bunch a stuff and hand over a Amex. «we dont take amex» why didnt you say something before when I asked. «eeets Okaaay, I am the owner and we dont take amex» what do you mean its ok? I have a burger cookin over there and I only have $ 2 cash.(shoots a look in direction of the grill, the spanish guy takes burger off and gets rid of it) Ready to make a scene, I decide to leave with some of my pride intact and allow the remaining customers to get ripped off. Its a shame, I had just started to like this place.

These guys were a solid«meh» until tonight. They have a sandwich callled the«cuban» on the menu, but it involves buying one of the weird pressed sandwiches that have been sitting in their display case forever. Not wanting one of those, I asked for one made fresh, on a hoagie, as I’ve done numerous times. The cook tonight decided this just wasn’t possible. That’s fine, whatever. I’ll never be back though. They’re never happy to be there, never happy to see you. They obviously don’t want your money, so give it to someone else.

These are my DUDES! They take care of us — if we request a product, they’ll make sure to put it in for us. Relative prices to the neighborhood, not everything they carry is the freshest, but their sandwiches are decent, and I know they would have my back in a fight. That’s important, you know.
