This agency operates under another name, Platinum Home Health Care Agency, so google/​yelp that name. The staff must be recruited from places where patients are not valued and the bedside manner skills are non-​existent. My grandma has been a patient for close a few years and I just had enough. The staff are not professional (both the home aides and the administrators) and they hang up on patients, send non-​efficient home aides, etc, who often call in sick, etc.
