Nothing but good things to say about this establishment. I stopped in to sell a piece of old jewelry & walked out with a thorough lesson in diamond quality. I was so impressed that I brought in my soon-​to-​be fiancé the next day. He’s a skeptic about anything he doesn’t seek out himself… He left very pleased after speaking with Arthur for about 30 min. If you want to deal with an honest person who is educated in his business & is willing to educate you as well, this is the place. Shiesters don’t like an informed customer. Arthur at Grand Jewelry is, excuse my French, no bullsh*t.

It is rare to see a place so well reviewed, and I was in need to engrave cuff links, so I went here and was impressed by the friendliness, quality of work, and the very reasonable price. This is a place I would happily recommend to anyone in need of jewelry repair or engraving.

In our currently cynical and jaded world Arthur at Grand Jewelry is a great surprise. He’s an honest business man and a real standup guy. He treated us (my daughter and I) and other customers who came in with respect and deals with you fairly. Arthur went above and beyond to help us get the best possible price. I would not hesitate to return or send friends and family to Grand Jewelry. If I could give Arthur one hundred stars I would!

Artie aka the one man party has outstanding service. Came in to clean some jewelry and buy a diamond ring. Stand up guy and really takes great pride and passion in making his customers feel comfortable. I was shopping for a ring and no one else had what I wanted except him. He went out of his way to customize a ring just for me right in time for my birthday! Thank you Artie!

Arthur is by far the best Jeweler I have ever met. He is the only jeweler I go to now. He is honest and trustworthy. I have gotten many pieces from him my all time favorite was my custom diamond necklace. We picked out the stone together and he worked his magic and made a beautiful classy necklace. I highly recommend him. He is a man of his word and that is rare to find now a days.

Overall experience with Artie was excellent. He’s very friendly & knowledgeable. He gave us the 101 on diamonds which we very much appreciated. He really took the time to explain EVERY detail. After a few minutes on the phone with him, my fiancé knew he’s our guy. Now. For my ring… My ring is GORGEOUS! Pictures don’t do it justice and they turned my dream ring into a reality. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten so much attention if it weren’t for my ring. I get so MANY compliments. =) I have friends who have «upgraded their ring» and I wouldn’t change a thing! I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE my ring. So if you’re looking for a jeweler, Artie is your guy! If he doesn’t have it in his showcase, show him a picture and he’ll get it for you.

The owner of this great jewelry store is Arthur. I ventured here after trying online websites and other neighborhoods to sell some jewelry and other fine goods. I went to Grand Jewelry because of Artie’s Unilocal reviews. These reviews reflected his honesty and fairness in dealing with the buying and selling of goods. First, the jewelry he carries is amazing. Second, his knowledge of jewelry and it’s worth is impeccable and fair. But most importantly, for me, Arthur treats his customers with respect, kindness and honesty. He is also a wealth of information if he himself cannot purchase your goods. I would, and will, highly recommend him to my family and friends whether they are interested in buying or selling. I am only sorry that I did not find Grand Jewelry faster. Before I sold some of my jewelry to people who I now know did not treat me fairly or honestly. I only know that not because Arthur told me, as he had never seen my other jewelry. But because of how he dealt with the goods I did bring him.

What a great shop! I usually hate shopping at jewelry shops because you feel so pressured and cant help like feeling you were ripped off. Arthur, the owner, makes the buying process so simple, easy, and pressure free. He informs you, gives you choices based on your needs, and most importantly you can tell he really cares about the needs of the customer. I got my engagement ring from and continue to go back to him regularly. The service, quality, and honesty is like none other!

Came to grand jewelry from queens to sell some gold and got my money’s worth. The gentleman knew the value of the gold and gave me the best price compared to all other neighborhoods that I checked out. Great guy to work with and friendly. Will do business again!

Back Story: 4 months ago, after 24 hours of flights and transfers, I left my iPad on a plane… This afternoon I get a phone call from Artie — the owner of this store. He explains to me that an individual attempted to sell him an iPad, but that once turned on, displayed my name and number. Artie kept the iPad, and called me to let me know; he agreed to receive a UPS label, and package and mail me my missing iPad since I’m nowhere near Brooklyn, NY.
I know this has nothing to do with Jewelry, but it speaks volumes about this mans character. For him to take these steps to return something to stranger half a country away tells me he would treat all people, customers or not, with the same level of integrity and kindness.

The man that works here is very nice, very helpful, and we had a nice conversation while he replaced my watch battery.

My husband got my engagement ring here and various other anniversary presents. He is a little bit clueless when it comes to jewelry, that’s why I’m very grateful for Arthur! If not for him, my husband would never know what to get me. I love all of my jewelry, they are all so beautiful.

Owner ARthur is very nice and polite. Bought a necklace there for my girlfriend for valentines. She loved it and the price is right.

Out all the jewelry places I visited, this is the only one where I found really nice pieces of jewelry, really cute looking diamond rings and sterling silver ones.
