My daughter is attending the GoogooGaagaa house daycare. My wife and I are happy with the services that are provided on daily bases. The place is sparkling clean, and there are always smiles on faces of the staff. Safe and friendly atmosphere. We recommended to our friends

I’ve been using Natallia and her ladies for five months now, and they are fantastic. I have two children in their care, both under 3, and they both seem to enjoy being there. Natallia is very understanding of individual needs, and is more than willing to open early or stay late(for a small, barely noticeable fee). The ladies primary language is Russian, and despite the fact we only speak English, it does not hinder their ability to show my children love and help them bloom. My oldest child has actually come home speaking Russian phrases and I think it is wonderful! Never too early to develop multiple languages. D

The name says it all: Very unprofessional. Not for those who actually care who ultimately looks after their kid. I had pre-paid for a full day of care for a few hours in the afternoon. I was told by the owner/manager/?(who is brusque and borderline rude but seems competent enough) to knock on the door when dropping my son off so I wouldn’t wake the napping kids — no problem. But after politely knocking on the door for 10 minutes and no answer, I texted her. Minutes later one of her assistants opened the door, apparently startled from sleep. I waited for a greeting but«Hello» was one word too much for her. So I said, «Hello, I’m dropping my son off as scheduled,» to which she shrugged and said the owner/manager/etc wasn’t there. I explained that I’d paid for a full day — still no recognition. So I said, «Is there a problem here? Are you okay?» and then she began to close the door. WHOINTHEIRRIGHTMINDWOULDLEAVETHEIRKIDWITHTHAT? I had to scramble to find emergency backup care but could not do so in time and was unable to make my afternoon meeting as a result. The only positive is that the owner/manager/?? immediately offered to refund the payment(although she had no choice since my credit card would’ve canceled the transaction anyway). But if that’s the only positive, this business is definitely one to be avoided.
