Do NOT go here unless you want to be RIPPED OFF! I dropped off a small silver Tiffany’s ring to have polished, and a Watch that just needed a couple of links taken out. This guy charged me $ 40 just to polish the ring!
When I protested, «Tiffany’s doesn’t even charge that much! They only charge $ 20 bucks for a polish». You know what this jack$$$‘s reply was? «Well, I’m not Tiffany’s»… Everybody’s gotta pay rent, but hopefully our neighborhood won’t tolerate such unethical price-​gouging for much longer.
Bottom Line: Spend your money elsewhere! Buyer beware!

I have returned to this store plenty of times to repair my jewelry, buy new jewelry, and get a free steam cleaning and have to say the store is a very family friendly environment and I’ve had the pleasure of returning so many times really great to deal w someone that u can trust and help you make the right choices. This is a highly recommended business

I brought in a pair of silver hoop earrings– the post had broken off of one and needed to be repaired. I was charged $ 50 and the repair job is really poor– the earring is discolored and melted looking where it attaches to post. Also you’ll also be asked to pay up front before you see the repair job. Way too much money for poor quality work. This place maybe ok to fix a watch band while you stand and wait, but for real jewelry repair go elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Glitz for all my jewelry repairs (and shopping) for more than a year, and I’ve never been less than extremely pleased with the service I’ve gotten, the quality of the repairs done on my jewelry, the advice I’ve gotten from Eddie, and all my interactions here. Eddie is also excellent at explaining what needs to be done and why, finding ways to solve seemingly insoluble problems, and hunting up items you weren’t sure you could get.
My husband bought me two gorgeous Skagen watches here, for various occasions, and I’ve just bought a Movado for him… and I never thought I could afford a Movado!
I couldn’t recommend Eddie and Glitz more highly… pleasant, neighborly service, quality repairs and merchandise, good prices, gentle handling of your valuables. And all within walking distance of home!

Once again I am very happy with my experience with Glitz. Eddie repaired my abused Gucci watch and delivered it back to me looking brand spanking new. I’m going to bring my Movado to him soon and see what Miracles he can perform on it.

I went in to Glitz to have my rings cleaned and inspected. Alyssa helped me and was honest, friendly, and helpful. She even cleaned both of my rings and my fiancé’s ring for free. The shop is also very clean. I’m very protective of my jewelry and after a bad experience at Facets, I have been scared to let anyone touch my rings. Alyssa was delicate with our items and I had no doubt that she was giving me honest information and was there to help. I definitely will be returning with other jewelry and watches!
