Very friendly staff! Good selection of merchandise.

This Gap is not too bad, but definitely not my favorite location. I am very fond of Gap for athletic-​wear primarily, but I have gotten a number of items here in general. They seem to be very understaffed at this location, and definitely need more workers here. The lines can sometimes feel like they take forever simply because they don’t have enough people working! The workers are friendly, and try to be as helpful as possible but are definitely limited. This particular location is great for kids primarily it seems, but you can certainly find items in here for adults, too! I have mostly picked up yoga pants and yoga tops from here.

They have very very very aggressive loss prevention. Minute you walk in a store they start staring and following you.
I have spent more than $ 500 at this location for holidays. But still when i walk in here they start following you and keep an eye on you.
Very disgusting experience. Really really gross.

I go to gap top find some clothes for my little one. They tend to have more girls clothes than boys. So there really isn’t much.
But they lack every where else.
Cashiers– Not enough. Imagine being online for 30 minutes to pay for a few articles of clothing. I’ve seen disgruntled customers fed up with waiting they don’t even want what they had picked up. Your losing business and money like that. They only open one cashier table at the lower floor. When you ask them to open up they just say, I’m not allowed.
I went to return a gift for credit, the computer was down. Had to go to another one. Then they ran out of gift cards. Wth. Was told to try and come back again. I take time out of my day to run errands and this is what I get.
A zero rating would suit this place better.

This place kills me if you are second in the line then be parpare to wait one hour to get to the cashier. I come here I’m like oh man not again. I always try pulling my wife out of this store because of the dreadful packed line.

The service here is very poor. I went there in the afternoon to shop around. I was waiting online to pay for the items on the first floor and there was 2 people in front of me. There was one cashier only and it was a Saturday so they should have assigned more cashiers. The cashier was taking a while ringing each customer. By now there’s a long line behind me. I was probably waiting on line probably about 20 mins before it was my turn. No one assisted or ask if i needed any help. I thought a company like gap would be more organized than this on a weekend.

I was at this location earlier and was treated poorly even I wanted to purchase 6 pair of pants. It was about 7:20pm and I asked a male sales rep for the fitting room. He heard me clearly and still sent me downstairs. Then I stepped up to the checkout counter and a female sales rep informed me that the fitting room was upstairs. Ok, so I again went back upstairs and the same male sales rep was closing the fitting room and stated «My manager told me to close up so you can’t try them on.» he then said «I can put them on hold for you.» I replied, «I want to try them on so that I can purchase them tonight.» At this point, I was very bothered that your employee can turn a paying customer away. I really wished I’d had taken their names down. GAP has always been a classic go-​to clothing store, except this location needs a whole lot of re-​evaluating in management and customer service, and the establishment’s appearance. Please take the time to retrain your staff so that you won’t have to worry about losing money and loyal customers.

This place always seems to be a mess, also the «sales section» is misleading, you can find a piece there. Just to learn that it’s actually full price. I don’t have a kid, but the place seems great for kids clothing shopping.

GAP clothing generally is great quality and chic… Gap is sort of the better quality/​bit more expensive version of Old Navy (if you have one by where you live)…Gap clothing for babies and toddlers is extremely durable… as is the children’s and they have various size ranges… (ex: 10 slim…10 regular…10 plus…10 husky) For women/men.the clothes are good as well but sometimes the T Shirts are too thin and may get holes over time… There is also another section called GapBody and there is very sturdy gym clothes… pjs… and intimates…
Staff is pretty consent… They help with what you are looking for… areas hard to find parking… There’s deals during the holidays and after holidays… don’t miss out on saving a few bucks! ;)

this is my local gap. it usually isn’t too hectic but there aren’t nearly enough cashiers but I know that times are tough. However, I like the fact that I can peruse leisurely here without the crowds. And I got a nice non-​iron dress here shirt for about $ 20! Returns are super fast and easy.

It looks like this year, GAP has stripes in style.

What a mess! Clothes everywhere, nothing in stock, not enough personnel, only 3 changing rooms for everyone, long lines. Ghetto shopping at its worst.

I used to shop here all the time but it seems like they are recycling designs.
The place is clean but you can also find piles of unsirted clothes in the mens section
I used to love going to their sale section but they have shrunk that section recently
Prices overall are good

Normally I like the Gap. But this store is sorely lacking in merchandise for my taste, but it is local, which has its benefits. But if I am to be truthful, if your looking for a better selection, better go the city.
