Yuriy Is the best I think I spelled his name wrong my family has been buying from this place for the past twenty years there sales people are extremely professional. I came in once to look at my different options and instantly fell in love with this bedroom set they even hooked me up with an amazing mattress I’m not ever going to any different furniture store

So, this review is mixed. So bare with me. Initially I wrote them a great review based on customer service and price. So here is where we stand. I called up Furniture center a few months after the purchase of my sofa and love seat. The sofa starting to sink in around the middle area and on the right side. Naturally I would assume it to be normal wear and tear, but after just a few months? Something isn’t right. So i called and they sent me a technician. The truth is, it took several tries to get the gentleman over, he didn’t call when he said he would and I had to stay on top of it. That’s cool, I understand, people are very busy so I get it… no worries. The technician came and said I needed new cushions that were high density. Ok, they ordered it, and came fast. However 3 months later, still an issue with the sofa. So the technician comes back and says that its normal wear and tear. Again, for something owned less than a year, and only 2 people use it, i don’t see how that is possible. So I guess I cant do anything. Then the same night, I look under my love seat (That actually has only been sat on a total of 4 times) and I see wood poking out of the dust skirt. I call it in and I send them pictures and it is the springs that broke off from the foundation. They called in the parts thankfully, and now I am just waiting for it. 3 weeks have passed and no update. This is not about the store so much, instead its the furniture from Ashley. The quality is not good, and that what I get for trying to save some money. But at least the customer service from Furniture center has kept me in high spirits. If not for their willingness to work with me, I probably would go mad lol. TY Furniture center for the help. Bad ashley Bad Ashley lol

The sales person that you want to work with is Maurice, if there is a problem he will work to resolve it, he will also try his best to give you a deal that you cannot walk away from. They may have 1 or 2 high end bedroom sets, maybe a few in-​between pieces but on the whole they do have a lot of cheaper, affordable pieces. You need to ask questions before giving a deposit or signing for credit. You need to inspect the furniture and ask is there a chance your furniture will come with any shading, nicks or anything you may see on the floor models. I purchased a high end bedroom set that was natural wood and I love it but there were initially some issues and I had to be given a second mirror but I am happy now. The set is beautiful and looks wonderful in my house. The woman in charge of scheduling deliveries is a liar and will have you sit around all day from 11 am — 8 pm even when they have canceled the delivery, she is also very rude, so you will have to make sure that you are stern with her or do not even deal with her at all deal with your sales person. If you use Maurice you will be happy from beginning to end, in my opinion. Overall I give Maurice 5 stars but the store 2 stars and thats all because of the lady that handles deliveries (everyone else in the store seemed to be ok).

great shopping experience. everything priced right and fast delivery, couldnt have asked for more :)
