Walked into the store and there’s a preaching Jesus audio book blaring from the speakers. Then the woman up front tells me to leave my bag in a cracked plastic container at the front of the store. I’m like «My purse? My personal belongings?». Look, I’m ok with dropping my bag of Crown Fried Chicken in the plastic container, but am I going to put my wallet/​phone/​laptop/​life in it, while I browse the store for $ 2 sweaters while the store yells at me from up above to believe in Jesus? No thanks. I’ll never return.
