The«customer service» to potential clients at this place is non-existent. Unlike other day-care centers in the area, they don’t answer the phone, don’t schedule tours, and barely answer e-mails. Before spending $ 27,000 on their services, one would expect a modicum of help and interest, but that is simply not the case at all. When I wrote to call them on precisely these points, I received a weird, patronizing, long-winded e-mail from someone who did not even sign their name. The e-mail said strange things like: «[W]e are truly sorry that we will not get the opportunity to meet your daughter. Children are after all blameless in these situations. Yet they rarely escape it’s [sic] impact.» Give me a break! — That’s what I said, and this nameless person followed up with another e-mail that said«Nice try David. But we are not so easily impressed.» When I responded that I would inform their superiors of their behavior, I was told«Again, not impressed. Ironically, we are the superiors. In any case, you’re better off channeling whatever you’re dealing with into finding a good day care for your daughter.» I do NOT need a day care clerk to opine on what I am «channeling.» Who would want to send their child to a place with weirdos like that?! I would NEVER trust a child in their hands, not for a single minute! Shame on Eladia’s Kids for being so creepy! Stay away from them.
