I was in the area and hungry, but just started a super low carb eating régime, so I had to cross off the Vietnamese noodle, falafel joint and pizza place I like nearby. I wasn’t sure what this place served, but popped my head in and noticed it was a Chinese buffet that looked pretty fresh and varied. As mentioned previously, you get 4 portions of the 25 or so offered, so I was able to pick proteins that were simply prepared. Not a place you’d go for a proper Chinese meal, but it’s bright, clean and inexpensive should you want a quick meal — even if being complicated :)

It’s not gourmet cuisine, but for a quick, cheap Chinese buffet, it’s not bad. For $ 5.50 you get to pick 4 selections from the buffet, plus you get a cup of soup. The other day, when I was there, they were having a special where you could also pick a noodle or rice selection in addition to your 4 choices. I got sesame chicken, sauteed eggplant, curry chicken, lo mein and an egg roll. The portions are generous, and everything was pretty tasty, although greasy and surely not at all healthy.
