Love that this is the only drive thru around… Mornin staff is great … After 3pm the coffee never taste great… I hate that there is no up sale when placing drive thru orders. LG coffee… Is that it… No a small tea… Is that it. Like you can’t finish your order…

This is one of the worst dunkin donuts ever. They are always out of stuff and they are extremely rude. I ordered a Caramel iced coffee with half n half and they gave it to me with milk. I could tell the difference so I told them they put milk in and they tried to argue it’s not and its half n half. Then they get the manager to come over and he tells me they don’t have half n half and they are out of cream. So I asked why would all of your associates lie than and just say you don’t have it. He goes well do you want something else and I said no just my money. Now I just go to the one by my store. That was the topping on the cake for me not to come back here.

The one star I am giving this location is for the girls at the drive thru window. They are the savior a at this location, they always make my lattes and coffees exactly the way I ask and it is delicious. On the other hand I went inside the store to order 2 days ago because the night staff guy at the drive through kept screwing up our order, well 2 nights ago and my friend had an allergic reaction to the ice cream they gave her. She asked for the new crème brûlée flavor and he gave her peanut butter even after he repeated what she asked for. Never again will I visit this place. I’ll stick to Starbucks!

Moustafa is the only one who makes cappuccino blast good. The drive thru people tend to yell but they’re fast and make really good iced coffees. Love dunkin

Pros: has a parking lot; has a drive-​thru; employees are generally pleasant and well-​mannered; when the coffee is good, it’s very good.
Cons: drive-​thru can take a million years, even when there aren’t many cars ahead of me (once, it got so bad that I actually drove away before placing my order; my order has been messed up on more than one occasion (the worst being when I specified regular milk and whipped cream in my latte and they gave me skim milk without whipped cream); they always seem to be training someone new, which gets annoying because it makes service so slow

I agree, these idiots deserve a negative star. So we ordered 25 chocolate & vanilla munchkins, 3 croissants with bacon & egg no cheese, and 1 bagel sandwich with bacon egg & cheese. We get 4 bacon egg & cheese croissants. We address the mistake with the sandwiches and while we are waiting for them to fix it we open the munchkin box, its filled with jelly. Why even take the order? They got nothing right! This is not the first time, so I guess I’m the moron. Anyhow, thinking everything had been corrected, we leave. Get home to find out they gave us 2 bacon egg & cheese croissants and two bacon egg. No bagel sandwich and we asked for no cheese. Totally incompetent staff, management has to be even worse… Never again… my advice, go somewhere else.

Wow so much negative reviews for this DD. I have to give this place 3 stars because the walk in service sucks but the drive thru does me justice. I don’t know about their coffees but I love their hashbrowns and wraps! Oh their ice cream cakes isn’t bad either.

Really wish I could rate them a negative star! I wish that was possible! The staff is SO SO RUDE! There either always fighting with each other or the customers. Lets put it out there they actually do have the courtesy mid-​argument to close the drive through window on me. They sometimes want to charge me for a topping on my shake and other times they say it doesn’t apply (there is no way I am fighting for 99 cents, its just the concept is stupid, make up your mind). There muffins are like a rock! Every one makes there own regulations. They are inconsiderate and, don’t care for there customers. Worst DUNKIN DONUTS EVER.
So in actuality did you order an oreo shake? Its more like let me fill up the cup half with milk add some oreos and call that a milkshake! Tastes like oreo milk. Never again, switching dunkin donuts!

Been here two more times since my first awful experience with their weak coffee. And thought for sure it was a fluke, WRONG! WTF are they doing to the coffee here, I’m 99% Sure that they run it two times with the same grinds or use half the standard amount for a batch. The coffee here is just deplorable, watered watered down excuse for coffee. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Bought some donuts here, paid cash, cashier put my change in the tip jar, WTF. Never saw anything like that.

When its time to make the donuts, its ok, when its time to make the iced coffees with some flavoring, they suck terribly. They dont listen to a word you say, I went back 3 times in a row because these bananaheads couldnt get it right. My blueberry turbo tasted like roasted shit and all they kept on doing was adding sugar!!! I got a refund because one more time it was going over his head! I also ordered an egg with WELL DONE bacon on a croissant, what happens, regular bacon is on the sandwich. I sent it back specifically saying WELL DONE BACON, what happens, regular bacon! These people that work there are programmed monotone freaks, no matter what you say, it dont matter they dont listen.
