had a big order once got back to the office realized, wake up wrap was missing
called them phone was disconnected
next day came back with a receipt to claim for wake up wrap
they simply said there’s no way they could forget to put something in a bag if it was paid for
so 0% human error at this establishment
will never do business ever again
It’s $ 1.50 sandwich but the principle is at stake here

The service has gotten much better here and my order isn’t wrong every other time anymore. Flies also used to be a big problem here, but it’s pretty much fine now.
The biggest problem with this place is that a lot of obviously homeless people come in here without even buying anything and camp out for hours, use the bathroom to essentially take a shower and make a mess everywhere. There are 2 men in particular who stay there LITERALLY the entire day, even cutting their toenails, falling asleep and loudly snoring, and doing other weird things.
Homeless people are people too and should be treated with compassion and dignity, but at the same time this is a business and actual customers aren’t getting service because of this. I realize that much of the staff is probably paid near minimum wage and dealing with this shouldn’t be their problem, but managers aren’t really doing their jobs.
The other big issue here is that a lot of the chairs and tables are in disrepair and practically falling apart and some even are missing screws. Somebody’s chair is going to collapse on them one day and I hope it’s not some old person that might break a hip.

I was excited NY football team won last night that it’s only $.25 for medium coffee. I was charged for original price which I’ve explained to them after trying twice to see if I can get charged the discounted price it did not work with my dd perks card app. They kept asking if it was a gift card I said no I’ve purchase this on my own even though I believe gift cards would have worked the same anyway! Yes I thank the person for trying but when it couldn’t be resolved I didn’t think it was worth paying original price for today’s special offer so I said just refund me my money. This is when there was a real issue. The lady kept saying «I am already short in my register what does that have to do with me getting my money back? I paid for it and I no longer want it. That simple! Instead of understanding my frustration she made me even more frustrated. Bad customer service.

Probably one of the worst customer service I’d experienced. The lady that served me, I don’t know whether she’s being racist or that’s just how she acts toward all her customers. Her attitude was really bad, and she also gave me the wrong order… Unacceptable.

I love dunkin donuts but this one is the worst. Order it black, it’s got milk. Order it iced, it’s hot. And don’t try telling them that the order is wrong, they know better than you do.

This location the donuts seems unclean. I got strawberry donuts here and when I get out the donut from the paper bag out to eat it, I saw a hole on the side of the donut. It looks like something bit into it and the hole is big enough to see. I don’t understand why they didn’t see it. If I have seen it I wouldn’t get it. Usually when they turn around to get the donuts, I wouldn’t be able to see the donut that I was getting until I finish paying and take it out of the bag. I didn’t sit in to eat it so I was not able to tell them. I am worry to eat a donut with a hole on the side when I know for sure there shouldn’t be a hole on it.

Good service, well only this college looking guy is nice to everyone, so 5 stars because of him. I value customer service and the taste of the food the most therefore, pretty satisfied.

They’re open 24 hours! Hallelujah! Decent place to crash in after 11 when all stores are closed and the streets of 86^th are empty. They make a decent cup of joe here. Not bad.

Of all the Dunkin’s in all the cities of all the cold January days we happened to walk into this one.
We were mostly surrounded by teenagerish looking people. I’m not ageist, it was just an observation. I still can’t decide whether that made me feel young (since we go to the same places) or old (since I noticed that I was probably the oldest person there).
I got a latte. My friend a hot chocolate. The third a coffee. All small. All in line with good olé’ Dunkin.

Clean and enjoyable dunkin donuts. Open 24 hours. Great neighborhood place to chat and catch up with friends during late hours when the rest of 86^th street is closed.
