This Dunkin Donuts does not serve meat. It is a kosher location. The staff are friendly and the store itself is spacious. They have beautiful wall paper too haha. I order hashbrowns twice from this location simply because they give me more than 6 in a bag. Shh . I would recommend.

Very clean and staff is polite and friendly. They have wifi that works. This is the least expensive place to sit down that has wifi in this neighborhood. They also have a baskin Robbins in the same store so you can have ice cream also.

disgusting looking building that needs a thorough cleaning. fixtures are dirty and vandalized, order new tables for crying out loud! paper everywhere, dirty napkins, empty bottles, really a complete turn off. register girl was sweet but had no idea about the special we noticed(buy 2 scoops get a free waffle cone) she asked what are you talking about? we pointed at the giant glass cling banner on the front of the ice cream display case. she had to walk around to see it. and to top it off, they didn’t have any waffle cones, regular cones, cake cones, only had sugar cones and a waffle bowl. we settled for a waffle bowl which was NOT fresh, it was stale. chewy not crunchy… GROSS. i won’t come here again. even if its for a coffee. i’d rather go to the corner store.

Again these losers uses cane sugar instead of liquid sugar. Came here after school to pick up a free hot coffee that they sent me in my email. One of the worker rang me up and I asked if I could use this free medium hot coffee. The worker looked at me and then to the lady next to her. The lady asked me if it’s a screenshot and I said it was sent to my email. She said, we’ll give you this for free but next time you have to print it out. Oh for god sakes wasting ink on a QR code? The email clearly says«redeem it digitally«. So she let me have the drink but after scanning it, she said it didn’t work. I requested for another scan but it didn’t work. I was thinking, why would you guys send me a qr code that doesn’t work. Is this how you people do business ? After a few seconds, I asked if I could buy the dark roasted and got my drink in a reasonable time. However, the worker put milk instead of cream and cane sugar instead of liquid sugar. Oh god like really? This isn’t the first dunkin donut that does this, I can’t believe chemistry never occurred in your studies. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here for any drinks. You’re welcome for loosing a customer.

Very nice and helpful staff. Always ask how I’m doing, remember what I ordered last time and work quickly.

Came here on a 80° day to get a cup of ice water, but was denied free water. The service was slow. The workers only served a customer AFTER they finished the order of the previous one. This seemed unreasonable, there were 3 workers there making drinks when they could be taking orders. After 30 minutes, I told the employee what I wanted. She gave me a «:-/» face and asked if I wanted icrd tea instead. I told her I wanted ice water, and she charged me $ 1.08. Who charges for water? All the dunkin donuts I’ve been to have given me free water. I read online once that they can’t deny you free water. Apparently, she charged me $ 1.08 just for the cup. It seemed unreasonable so I told the employee I didn’t want it anymore and left the store. I will not be coming here again.

Generic Dunkin Donuts. The only difference for me is that it’s conveniently located across the street from the Sheepshead Bay train station. Perfect stop for a latte before getting on the train on my way into the city. Tip: if you need the bathroom, ask the cashier to buzz you in.

I do not think there is a super duper Dunkin Donut on anywhere on world to get 5 stars, they all are OKAY. That one is a block away from my home so I used to stop by very often. Food quality the same in all, coffees’ freshness depend on the frequency they brew it, seating area is large however there is always either a homeless like people or woman with their unattended kids so not proper to spend time seating in peace. Employees do speak English but might be hard to understand from time to time.

This is your typical Dunkin Donuts. Don’t expect them to be friendly. Just order, pay, get your drink and leave. The coffee is often watered down and the donuts are fresher during the morning rush. Once in a while, the staff might say hello. There’s also a Baskin Robbins on the premises. The ice cream is serviceable. Seating availability varies throughout the day. It’s a high school hangout after school and a elderly social club in the evenings. Also, the restroom is perpetually out of order. However, you’ll keep coming back because there’s nothing else in the neighborhood.

Is this the best Dunkin’ Donuts out there? Surely it isn’t. But for your neighborhood store this one is pretty great. The food has gotten better(though it is all Kosher, so no meat here) and the people have gotten better at preparing it over the past few months. I’ve been going here for the better part of seven years and they have only improved. The service can always use a little work but for the most part a lot of the staff remember my order, my daughter, my wife, etc. Like I said, great neighborhood store. Their new remodel is also bright and clean looking so that is always a big help. If you are in the neighborhood and want some Dunkin’ then look no further.

Decent Dunkin donuts, but very slow service. Food was OK as could be expected.

Plenty of seating. Standard Dunkin Donuts. Beware random«regulars» that sit there and eavesdrop on your conversation. Restroom is available but you must ask the staff to buzz you in. Stingy with their napkins… if you need them, make sure to ask for them.

There’s quite a lot of room for improvement for this place. STAFF: Guys, come on. You work in a coffee place. Have a shot of espresso and wake the hell up. Watching you bumbling around, bumping into each other confusedly, and looking like you don’t understand how store queues work is not very reassuring. Also, when I order, please don’t walk away to start it when I haven’t even finished my list yet. And remember, there’s an ice cream counter too, with what’s –supposed– to be a separate line. Instead, you’ve got everyone on one messy queue, confused as to where they should stand if they just want a cup of ice cream. Oh, and you should brush up on your understanding of «first come first served.» It’s very useful in the customer service industry. FOOD: Everyone knows Dunkin Donuts doesn’t have«real» food(just take a look at the preformed and microwaved«eggs» they all stock for sandwiches), so you can’t really judge this place against restaurants. It’s quick(or supposed to be) if you’re on the run and need a quick breakfast. Nothing special, and don’t expect much taste. At least it’s cheaper than SBucks. SPACE: Please buy a mop, kthx. And clean your tables once in a while. Taking out the garbage would be good too. Bugs are icky. Overall, I really only come in here for ice cream. You can’t really go wrong with pre-packaged buckets straight from the manufacturer. Plus that’s the Baskin Robbin’s part of the franchise. Dunkin ‘kin do better.

Just to clarify… I don’t go to Dunkin Donuts by choice. Of course, when you’re walking down Avenue U with your 4 year old 2nd cousin and he starts screaming for Donuts and Ice Cream, it’s rather difficult to say no. Given the circumstances, I frequently visit this Dunkin Donuts. If given a choice, I’d avoid this Dunkin Donuts all together. Firstly, the service between the Dunkin Donuts and the Baskin Robbins is largely skewed towards the Dunkin Donuts side. Granted, I understand that more people want Coffee over Ice Cream. But please don’t utterly ignore me when I’m standing on the Ice Cream line and you’re standing at a cash register with customers around!!! Kindly step over to the Baskin Robbins side and fill a 1 scoop ice cream cone for a 4 year old!!! And another thing… Please contract Viking Sanitation to pick up your garbage in the late evenings. It really sucks having to go to work in the mornings and notice that massive bags of garbage having been ripped open by rats. Firstly, I know the rats aren’t yours but it doesn’t help the fact that you’re stinking up Avenue U with your excess coffee and half eaten donuts. It especially stinks during the summer and none of us want to see that junk on our streets. Kindly call Viking Sanitation… Here’s the number —(718) 852−8517…
