I used to like this company but not any more!!! TERRIBLE«customer service». I live in CA and had made an order over the phone with Debbie at the Ditmas store because their website was having trouble. I sent one item back for return along with a previously purchased item for repair after the store ok’d this over the phone. I got a call acknowledging that they received my items. Weeks go by. No credit of my return and no return of my item sent in for repair. The manager at the Ditmas store, Shaina, said to to «contact the web department». The web department won’t answer the phone and it disconnects me every time I call. It’s not a large amount of money, a little less than $ 40, but on principle this irked me. Sent many emails, finally got a reply on their FB messaging that someone would take care of it. After that, my FB messages were marked«seen» by them and weren’t replied to!!! So disgusted with this business!!! Will not purchase here again. UPDATE: My credit card company credited me for the items that Double Header had given me the runaround on. The credit card company had proof of my purchase, plus proof that I had mailed items back to them because I had paid for the shipping on my credit card. I should have gone that route much earlier and wasted less time instead of trying to deal with Double Header directly. So frustrating when a business won’t just do the right thing to begin with.
