Seems like the employees slack off on orders and deliveries. I would recommend picking up your order of you’re in walking distance. The hot wings are tiny w/little to no sauce.

I’ve been ordering from here for years(9+) and I’ve experienced my fair share of problems however, no complaints on the temp of my food or taste. They have gotten my order wrong a few in the early days, however since I was able to order online, I no longer have to call to place my order and therefore things have been a lot smoother. I’ll still order from here.

If I could give zero I would. The delivery guy Mahebul was the worst ever. Brought me the wrong drink and forgot the dipping sauce. Called me and wanted me to meet him at his vehicle for the order. When I called them to complain, they told me that they would send the stuff right away. Well Thirty minutes later that Mahebul character called disrespecting me over the phone trying to justify his mistake. Real simple. Bring me the right order and that’s that. If you mess up its ok. Just bring me what I paid for. Don’t call me with an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. This place is the worst dominoes in the face of the earth. Should be shut down and a Pizza Hut should be put there instead.

I find it interesting that the reviews for this Dominos are as bad as they are. I’ve ordered from here 3 or 4 times(generally when I’m desperate and tired of other take out options in the area). I’m here to say that I have not contracted food poisoning. The pizza seemed to me to meet Dominos quality. It wasn’t terrible but it also isn’t as «gourmet» as NYC pizza tends to be. Overall, I think you can rely on this place for an average dominos pizza/wings and other menu options. I can’t comment on delivery due to the fact that I generally pick up my food. However, when I’ve been inside this Dominos, customer service was friendly and it was fairly clean. Definitely not my 1st choice but once again I think it’s average Dominos quality food.

How do you screw up an order 3 times before getting it right? Did carry out only to get home with a pizza correctly labeled but incorrectly prepared. They apologized and told me to come back(15 min walk each way) and get a correct order. Got there and they had forgot to make it. They proceed to bake it again(15 min wait) only to do it wrong.(Wrong sauce, wrong crust?) so another 15 minute wait they finally get it right. «Sorry. Here’s a coke» really?

I ordered a pizza early enough so it could be here by dinner time and the guy who attempted delivery was very late, tried to make up excuses that parking was not available because of an ambulance that had been in the way, when he could have just double parked a few cars up away from the ambulance. Whoever this guy is was extremely lazy, and incompetent. Terrible customer service. One other time I ordered pizza, arrived a bit late, but that wasn’t the problem, the problem was that their way of making a pizza sucked a$$. It was completely dry and stale, I definitely refuse to do further business in the future with this place. Gross.

The food was really good but it came really late almost an hour after it was checked as finished. The delivery guy was very rude he yelled that there was no parking at me while on the phone. I thought the delivery person would come walking since I live up the block and didn’t order carry out since I was very jet lagged from my travels. The delivery person did not want to come up to my apartment since he brought the car even though I live less then 5 minutes away. I was very upset since I have been a very loyal customer and this was my first delivery experience. I don’t recommend you order delivery from here.

Horrible, Horrible Location. Staff is rude and super unfriendly, they never ever get my order correct. I will order the pan pizza and get something totally different. They are always playing and laughing with each other in the back and have customers waiting as if they are doing us a favor. They need to retrain their staff on service delivery. Simply HORRIBLE!!!

The only reason they are getting a star is because the drivers and Dominos itself is not at fault. It’s the people they hire. Go back to school and learn how to READ and LISTEN!!! If you can’t read a simple order correctly and keep lying about a replacement order being made(which turns out WRONG again!), you will never get anywhere in life! Ricky, do yourself a favor and GOBACKTOSCHOOL!!!

Very disappointed. My pizza arrived cold. My cheesy bread was raw. I ordered a 2 liter and they sent me 220oz when I have 4 people here. The manager blamed it on the opening manager… He gave me a credit towards my next order but I don’t know if I will be using it. This is the 2nd time I’ve received a cold pizza or mistake :( Ugh, just got my replacement cheesy bread and it is more raw than the first!!!

This place is a horrible horrible joke… I ordered at 9:24pm online… At 11:32… I still had no pizza and one wasn’t coming… Here are all the things that happened which is why I will NEVEREVEREVER Order from them again: 1: I ordered online and my confirmation email showed that they had the wrong address for me…(this had already been previously updated) 2: when I called to make sure they had the right address… It took 35minutes on hold to get someone who barely wanted to help me… 3: I then proceeded to ask if they would notify the driver so that they wouldn’t f#%! It up and the person on the phone said yes we will update it before it goes out. 4: I also asked if they knew approximately how long it would take. They said about an hour… 5: I waited… And an hour had come and gone so I called again… to find out what the status was… waited 30 minutes agin to talk to someone 6: the person I talked with informed me that the driver would call upon arrival and that the driver was out for delivery… I asked again if they could confirm they had my info right and if they knew how long ago the driver left… 7: 40 minutes goes by… No pizza no call 8: I call in again and ask what the deal was… They say the driver brought it back because they couldn’t get in contact with me and so they just returned the money back on my card SERIOUSLY??? So 2hours just went by and now that I’ve called you you are telling me that I’m not going to eat tonight and that you«just returned» my money… Didn’t contact me… And after I called 3 times about my order … HOWDOYOUPROCEEDTOMESSTHISUP?! #youonlyhadonejob #completeFAIL #thisplacesucks

Absolutely horrible. I don’t understand how this location is still in business. I ordered a very simple order. I’ve now been waiting over an hour and 45 minutes for my pizza, and it STILL isn’t here. What’s that, you say? Call them? Great idea! So I’ve now called FIVE times. The first time a woman«asked» me to hold, kept me on hold for 10 minutes, and never came back. I’ve now called four more times, and no one has even picked up, except once, when they hung up on me! No joke. This is seriously insane. I don’t understand how a business doesn’t even answer their phone! How is that possible? The pizza arrived TWO hours after I ordered it. No apology, no nothing. When I told the delivery guy that it’d been two hours, he gave me attitude!!! AND…it’s cold. Completely cold. It’s safe to say, I will NEVER order from this horrible, incompetent Dominos again. This is the worst customer service I have EVER had in my life.
The order was wrong. I called to get it fixed and was told they would send another one. I called back an hour later and was told it must be out for delivery because it’s not in the store. It is now ANOTHER hour later and still no pizza. The store is only 8 blocks from me; a drive of less than 5 minutes. Never again.

Where do I even begin. I order at 9 o’clock p.m. And go to check where my order is and it was still processing at 10 o’clock p.m. So it was an hour waiting just so it can be baked so I decided to get in my car and go there myself to only find out that they cancelled my order because they said they were backed up. I do not recommend this dominos to anyone. They are horrible, nasty, and disgusting! They do not even deserve a star. Hope this review was helpful. Now I’m over here at Papa Johns.

Rudest dominos ever. They charged us and never delivered our pizza and then on top of that they would pick up and hang up our calls EVERYTIME we called to ask what was up. I’m actually in awe.

They get you with the coupons. Every time I’ve ordered the handmade two-topping pizza for $ 7.99 from this Domino’s, it’s usually a little too undercooked. They don’t cook these very long, but today was kind of crazy. Half of the bottom of the pizza is literally white and extremely floppy and very soft. The other half is somewhat cooked on the bottom. There’s barely any sauce on it and there’s an over abundance of cheese that shows no signs of crisp cheesy goodness; I hadn’t ordered extra cheese. It looks like the top of it is swimming in a blob of partially melted cheese. So, on a hot 80-degree day, I have to turn on my oven to finish cooking this pizza. I called the store and was hung up on by one girl, I’m assuming by accident. I called back and was told to hold by someone else. The same girl then picked up and didn’t apologize for hanging up on me after I said I was hung up on before. I then spoke to someone who I assume is the manager. He said he would credit the cost back to my card, which I appreciate. And you will occasionally get the pushy delivery man from this store who insists a little too much that you can leave a tip on credit when you sign for the pizza at the door.
