This is literally the worst dominoes in the universe… A little exaggeration but just a LITTLE … They don’t answer their phone and IF they deliver, your pizza WILL be cold. Do yourself a favor, just no. Don’t do it

This has got to be the worst delivery company ever. I ordered my pizza at 1030. They said about and hour and 15 minutes. It’s been an 2 hours and 30 minutes. I received a phone call from a female on duty and she asks me «do you still want your order» I replied«excuse me? Do I still want it?» She says if so it’ll take about another hour to get to my house for delivery. The restaurant is literally 4 blocks away from me. If you’re going to order Dominos Pizza, make sure you have a lot of time on your hands.

horrribleeeeeeeeeeeee… the worst ever. please save ur self do not order very unprofessional. waited 2 hours it said out for delivery i live 2 blocks alway. walked over there to find my food stilllll there ! so i guess it wasn’t out for delivery after all. on top of that its cold ! they asked me do i want it remade.(really after 2 hours?) i think not! they wanted to compensate and offer me a soda. ha. no thank u !! refund nowwww

If there was a option to give zero stars I would. The absolute worst domino’s in brooklyn. I ordered at 9:20 pm. At 1010 they called telling us that it would take 3 hours for order to be delivered.

Usually they are on point, but tonight I was EXTREMELYDISAPPOINTED! I ordered a pizza and wings, they said 20 mins. I got there 30 mins later, my order was not ready. I waited another 30 minutes only to be told they forgot to make my pizza, but they would throw in some cinnamon blah blah blah. That is literally what I heard, it was definitely a to be diplomatic What The Fudge moment. I was a bit twisted, but I just canceled my order. I hate the smell of cinnamon, had they offered to throw in a large order of wings, they might of had a deal. I admit it was a busy night. I have never seen their delivery guys moving the way they were. Hell, I did not know they had 4 cars moving pizza like that at their location. I chucked it off and kept it moving. I did not want to start my new year angry over pizza and wings. You have to pick and choose your battles. CHECKERS, HERE I COME!

After I paid with a credit card, the pizza took 3 hours to arrive — THREEHOURS. I called after 50 minutes, held on a recorded line for 40 minutes then hung up. They do not care, they do not answer the phone. Shame on them!

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered food at 5:45 pm. It is now 7:50 pm and still no food. Tracker says it’s being checked for quality. It was checked at 6:09 for quality. Does this pizza have gold in it? I called 3 times to cancel. Each time I was met with an automated service and then placed on hold for 20 mins. At that point, I’d hang up. Can’t even cancel the order.

Part of my order was missing. Called and was told it will be delivered. An hour later and still nothing. I am trying to reach the store but have been on hold 30 min now! This is ridiculous!!! It’s now 12:20am. I’m ready to get to bed. All I want is to let them know not to come and just refund me. And even if it wasn’t so late, I would not want to eat these missing wings after I had a bite of desert, which isn’t good btw!

This location has always been horrible but it’s my local one and I have no choice for delivery. They’re always late, usually double the estimated time. Last Saturday was the final straw. I placed and order with a 20 – 30 minute estimate. I waited 90 minutes and finally called the store. I spent 40 minutes on hold, no one answered. So after 2 hours we decided to go out instead, we couldn’t cancel the order because no one was picking up and the tracker app said it had been delivered an hour ago, so very stressful all around. As we get to a restaurant and are being served our meals, my phone rings and the delivery guy says he’s outside. I told him that it was too late, we placed the order at 2pm and we had already left the house and couldn’t reach the store. He proceeds to yell at me and tell me how busy they were and had a thick accent so I couldn’t understand the rest but he proceeded to argue with me until I just hung up. I contacted corporate the same day and was told someone would call me back. A week goes by and no one calls. I call again today and they give me nonsense that someone«reached out Tuesday.» Which in any case was ridiculous as I called Saturday but anyway, I ask to speak to someone senior and not rely on this abysmal store to rectify the situation. I am given the phone of the district manager, Wahabou Gmakouba and of course when I call his mailbox is full… Shocker, probably full of pissed off customers he ignores. I still haven’t gotten a response, I sent a follow up email to corporate and just want my money back for a delivery that wasn’t even made. Will never order from them or any dominos again, living in an area with a shortage of delivery places sucks but all this over very mediocre pizza is ridiculous. For such a large company to have no customer support system to immediately resolve complaints is pathetic. Seamless and Grubhub are much better with customer service.

The delivery can be anywhere from 25−60mins. The pizza is ok but whoever answers the phones orders are illiterate.

The worst service ever. I never receive my order within the right time frame and tonight my pizza did not show up at all. I keep giving this place a chances but I’m officially done and will spread the word to all my neighbors.

this is the third time in a row my order has been wrong from this store. first time I called and they sent the correct item. second time I let it slide(my pasta was missing sauce all together), this time I received mushrooms and onions on my pasta. I was about to let it slide and just pick out the onions but then I noticed mushrooms which I am allergic to. I called the store 3 times because I was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. my husband has to physically go to the store to get the issue resolved. please pay better attention when making orders and improve customer service.

They are the worst in following instructions when making a order. I don’t get it. They all ways fail with something. If it is not with the actual order in making the pizza it is giving me what ever they want as a drink. Not even a phone call to make sure it is ok to send it out or even change the order around. I have called the manager of this store left a voicemail only to get nothing in response. Which in the end I had to take it up with corporate and they gave me the refund even when they told the store to call me and try to fix the error seems like the stores do what they want.
