Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Both associates were super helpful when I came in and needed some snow boots ASAP. I could have ordered them through their online store, but by the time they would arrive, I’d probably be snowed in.
I showed the associate what shoe I was looking for and she ordered it immediately to the store. Maybe I got lucky, but instead of originally having to come back the next morning, they arrived 2 hours later.
It was a painless experience for a type of shopping trip that I usually dread.

I love DNA– I used to go to the one by Bedford Ave, I was super excited when They finally opened up a couple blocks away from my house.
I don’t buy all my shoes here but I tend to buy a pair every 2 – 3 Months. I remember I want a pair of the Frye Boots and they only had them in the other location; since the owner was on his way over they said I can come back and pick them up. i loved the shoes so much I would have walked over– but that was very nice of them since it was raining that day.
Great Store– and they have sales all the time. and I know if you bring the bag back you get 10% off (not all shoes I know UGGS are excluded and some other pair too) Just double check– I always forget my bag so I’m not sure.
