John Palanca and his crew are top notch. They made our apartment feel brand new in only 4 weeks, and without breaking our budget. John pays attention to small details and does jobs right. He was always available if we needed to chat with him, and his crew was professional, worked overtime when needed, and finished on time. We experienced none of the renovation horror stories that we came to understand as «par for the course». We can’t recommend Design Tech highly enough!

Design Tech redid our entire apartment which included taking down walls and installing a steel beam. The entire group was professional — kept everything going right on schedule. The work they did was amazing and we couldn’t have been happier. Our superintendent mentioned that they were terrific guys to work with — a real class act. They KNOW their stuff and can get things through the maze of NYC regulations. Terrific.

Did a poor job on our kitchen, particularly the painting. Slow and sloppy — I really wish we would’ve interviewed more contractors.
