I have used Julius for 3 different places I have lived and he has always exceeded my expectations. He first came out to my apartment because God forbid we found out that we had bed bugs. It was one of the most nerve wracking and anxiety filled situations I have ever encountered. But working with Julius he put us right at ease because he knew exactly what he was doing, what he had to do and explained to us what the process would be like. He came out to the next place I lived where we had seen some mice come into the kitchen he patched up all of the holes in the apartment and showed me how I would use glue boards to catch any ones that were already out and had no problem coming back out if anything was seen again and actually came back twice to make sure everything was 100%. I have recommended him to the other owners in the small condo building we live in.

BEST PEST CONTROL EVER. We called on a Sunday night and they came out within 30 minutes. We had a mice issue. Julius put down some traps and explained everything that he was doing and everything we should do. He then took a look around our apartment and noticed we had a lot of holes/​space between the rug and the baseboard of the floors. He recommended that we seal those up. My roommate asked if he could come out tomorrow and take care of that, and he agreed. He left and within 20 minutes of his departure, a mouse was stuck on one of the traps. We were so happy, but we didn’t want to touch it/​look at it/​anything. So my roommate called him and told her the mouse we on the trap. Julius then asked if we wanted to have to him come back and take care of the mouse. Obviously, we said yes. Any who, the point is, Julius is great, the company is great, all GREAT. I would use them again and would definitely recommend other people to use them too!

At first, the owner Julius Davis appears to to be nice and will work to get the job done. However, soon enough I realized he is nothing but a money hungry business owner like many others. I was looking for an exterminator because I was having a mice problem. After he worked on my house (a 2 family multi split level) on 3 occasions after his first visit to access the issue, I was still seeing mice. He left sticky traps in case one or 2 was trapped in the house after he sealed everything off, but I was seeing different ones in different areas, running from the same entry points he sealed off. I called to explain this to him and told him he had not done a specific area that I now see them coming from and had not before and he scheduled another appt. On the appt day, he left me a message stating that he did all he could for my problem and that he was not coming back ever and that I needed a contractor. i called him to ask when did he figure this out, was it on day one when he worked 2 hours, or maybe day 2 when he came back and finished my lower levels, or maybe day 3 when he came back to do the tenant apartment. As a decent business man and the supposed professional, should he not have seen that the job was beyond him right away, if not at least after the first day; since the reason was that my floors were sinking. When did they begin sinking? After he did patch work, collected some cash, and decided I shoudl now pay a contractor. He also claimed he used all his materials on my job, and that had never happened before. He ran out of materials on day one (he started at 7pm), so at that point you would think he would say this job is bigger than I thought so I must recommend a contractor as I think it is more than I am equipped to handle. That, would have been honorable… guess there is no honor in business anymore… especially when the business owner is just out to make a buck as opposed to provide proper service… at the expense of hard working people supposedly such as himself.
Ridiculous!
