Pretty weak. Just some fried dough that is not particularly tasty. They also lose major points for the foolishness of not letting you mix and match flavors. As if the one-note taste of the original Cinnamon wasn’t bland enough, you have to get through 7 of them instead of being able to try one or two bites of the other flavors(which are also pretty limited by the way — I think they only have 3 different flavors altogether). I would have liked to try the chocolate, but I’m glad I waited until tasting the Cinnamon before I wasted $ 3 more just to get 7 more of these. If I’m eating donuts, I wouldn’t waste myself on these. There are several way better options at the Dekalb Market.

Love their doughnuts and lemonade !!! It was around 80 something degress outside when a co-worker and I went to get food. That lemonade kept me cool til it as all gone. Sad to see the Dekalb Market close for the season. Will definitely go back to cuzin’s duzin when it opens again.

Have you ever went to Krispy Kreme and the worker gave you a donut fresh from the belt? If you ever had this opportunity, you know how it melts in your mouth as the glaze is still fresh and the donut still piping hot? Well, Cuzon’s Duzin is not like Kirspy Kreme fresh off the belt taste, but I think it has its own unique taste that deserves an attention. I put A-OK because they are so small. I’m still conflicted whether it’s worth paying $ 3 for 7 tiny donuts. However, it is fresh to order, so it is piping hot. However, their donuts will remind you more of a funnel cake rather than an actual donut. I chose cinammon based on the cook’s recommendation. I have to say, cinnamon didn’t over power the powder sugar and I liked that. I’m giving them 3 stars because the donuts don’t taste as good when they cool and again they are quite tiny. Also, when you have people in front of you, you have to wait a while. Either way, it’s a cute place to check out. Very nice person working and you get to eat o shaped funnel cake. Remember, eat them as soon as you get them!

As a new devotee to the Dekalb Market, I have to say that Cuzin’s is my favorite coffee/i need a quick distraction fromwork/sweet indulgence spot in the area. The coffee is always REALLY good and that is big considering there is a container right next door that… ahem…specializes is coffee that isn’t all that amazing. The donuts are not the best I have ever had for sure(a bit greasy) but tasty nontheless. $ 4 will buy you a small coffee and 7 mini donuts! Can’t beat that! For a quick indulgent not too pricey treat, head to CUZINS!

I stumbled upon these delicious donuts in Mad. Sq. Eats. 6 donuts for 2 bucks seemed like a good deal, especially when I was hungry and waiting for my dinner. After my first bite… the rest of the donuts just disappeared, and we went back for another 6. Yes it’s just fried dough and powdered sugar, but it’s fried perfectly and sinfully deliciously!

These donuts are amazing. I’m kinda happy i can’t get these all of the time cause i’d eat them all day. They’re cooked perfectly, right in front of you, and it’s pretty cool to watch. They are so light and fluffy. I was really blown away by how good these were. $ 4 for 14 is a great deal.

Dangerously delicious. Simple mini buttermilk donuts – with a slight tang, airyness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Not too heavy, fried to perfection, dusted with cinnamon sugar and still hot… it’s absolute scrumptiousness. At $ 2 for 6, what more can you ask for? Except for maybe a 2nd or 3rd bag? YUM.

It smelled like funnel cake(alright, I’ve come to realize that’s just the fragrance of fried dough, but if a guy can’t still make positive and nostalgic associations these days, the terrorists win). I went with what seemed to be the logical choice, a half-dozen Cuzins(order«six» or risk receiving a weird expression in return) for 2 bucks. They emerged hot, though not as scalding as the bag might have you believe, so don’t lollygag to delay scarfing ‘em down. It’s unfortunate that nearly all of the(cinnamon sugar?) topping settled toward the bottom, even if it made for a nice treat to culminate the event. Other than that, my only other qualm was the additive-esque, lingering fryedness that you come to expect from carnival treats but lose when you drop more money for couture donuts — understandable given the price.
