Nothing special. So many better places. Dunno why my coworkers insist on returning often(I dont go with them.) Their french fries are REALLY good, but thats about it. Their chicken has that nasty lighter fluid after taste all the time.

had not have the experience with them in person but tried to order online from them on multiple occasions. every time unsuccessful, its like they accept the order and never fill it and no amount of calling will get you to speak to a person. not sure whats going on with this restaurant or if they are truly opened.

One of the worst place. There was like two server, one who serving the table and spoke no Russia or English. The other one who was taking orders. Went out for Mother’s Day. The service was so slow. Every 30 minutes food came. The water was literally from the sink, not once did they change our plates. We had to eat everything in one plate and it wasn’t right. The only thing that was yummy was kebabs that came after a good 3 – 4 hours ;(((((was really craving manti, waited for a good 5 hours and at the end he comes to tell us we were out. Meanwhile, the people who came after us were served manti. I was really disappointed.

Defiantly one of my favorite Uzbek restaurant. I go here once in a while with my whole family because of the delicious food that they serve. The restaurant itself consists of 2 floors so there is plenty of space. Along with that, the place is usually empty so you have all that room to yourself. My favorite dishes from here are things such as shish kebab, borsh, aleve, and much more! The food is defiantly done the right way and feels as if it is home made. Everything is prepared for your visit the second you sit down: from forks and knifes to plates. Everything is spotless. The employees are kind and have good waiter service in which I am satisfied in. The place also puts on music/disco for people to dance. The place has a dance floor just in case you were wondering. I personally like Samarkand I better which is located on kings hwy and mcdonalds. That is it’s origin. However, the place is overall defiantly worth visiting with big groups to hang out, have fun, and dance!

This is the worst restraunt I’ve ever been to. Service, interior, food is terrible. If u r very hungry then u gonna die here cuz the waiting time is forever. I pass this place every day ans it’s always empty. The only reason why I decided to give them a shot cuz it’s on my way home. So I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

The worst place I have ever been too. Salad was stale and not fresh. Plov was hard and couldn’t even eat it. The portions were ridiculously small and we ordered fries which they didn’t even serve but charged it on the bill. When we confronted the waiter he tried to play it(we hAd to argue to take it off the bill) Service was horrible we had to wait a long time for our food when there wasn’t even a lot of people. The plated weren’t changed not even once and the plates of food that was served and finished the waiter didn’t even clean/take of the table. The bathrooms were as dirty as the ones on gas station. There was no toilet paper nor soap or towels for your hands. Wouldn’t come here ever again, if I had a chance to rate it a zero I would. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

this place deserves to be closed down and inspected by the dept of health! We ordered various dishes from them for us and our guests. ALL the guests who ate their food had upset stomach for 2 days. We called this place to complain and to resolve this issue but instead got an answer«how is it our problem» and were hung up on. Great way to conduct a business! Better business bureau will hear about it too, together with dept of health.

Should have looked at Unilocal.I can make better chicken Kiev and mashed potatoes tasted instant. Cheap but you get what you pay for. I had to ask for water to drink as none was brought out.

Not good. A bit bland and fatty. Took forever to get out order. Small portions. There are much better options like Oasis and Nargis in the same area.

So, it’s evident that there has been a change in chef, or if not, then some life changing event has left its mark on the kitchen talent. I was tempted this past Friday to see how their quality had held out in intervening years, and had a series of unhappy realizations. First, while their impressive menu(impressive for its breadth) still remains, quite a few of the items weren’t available. Next, there was a palpable deterioration in quality across many of the items. The Korean fish salad tasted funny, but thankfully I had no health issues. Next the Lepyoshka bread wasn’t hot off the oven, but an obvious re-heat and hardened so quickly that I was barely able to eat half off it. Third: the Lagman soup while appropriately spicy, was watered down compared to in the past. Finally: they didn’t even have the ubiquitous drink, Kompot. The only redeeming part of the meal were the Kebabs and I really enjoyed the lamb kebabs and the Lyulya Kebabs. These would hold their own against the best in the city, ergo the 3 stars overall rating. However, much like the menu, the restaurant seemed a faded copy of what it had once been. The disco ball and singer are still there, but the large groups of festive diners have been replaced by smaller groups of 2 – 3 men huddled separately, as well as the odd group of women catching up on each others lives. While disappointed, it brings to light the challenges of rating an ethnic restaurant, where quality is often impacted by staff turnover. I see this most commonly for Indian restaurants, but am beginning to see this across other cuisines as well where management needs to be more professional. On a positive note, I can finally stop getting irked at the 1 star review that cast aspersions on the integrity of the solitary 5 star review(mine). I was so convinced then that the review from the 0,1 orange head was a hit job, for none of my 5 star reviews are without multiple visits that ensure consistency of quality, and it was unfathomable to me that my rating could be so off. It was. That’s what review updates are for. I’m beginning to believe in them.

My past two grub hub orders from this place were cancelled by grub hub… the restaurant didn’t answer the grub hub call… and the one time i actually got to order they didn’t have a lot of things available. I do not recommend ordering from this place. Very poor service. Headache. Don’t waste your time.

Nice place to eat in, but if you want delivery, its usually unavailable. Whatever I called them, probably 2 or 3 timed out of 10 I’ve got delivery, all other times they are too busy. Food are fine. Love their kebab, specially lamb ribs. I think they would get more stars if I’d live in their area and could to pick up or eat in.

Their food is fragrant and exotic, full of spices that infuse your senses with eastern flavor. It’s not for everyone. I do recommend to those that embrace culinary culture of distinct identity.

there is only 1 review of this place on here, I think it because the place themselves did the review! Absolutely horrible place! Ordered once and never again will I make that mistake! The food arrived an hour and a half after I ordered it, it was stone cold by the time it got here, tasted horrible and to make matters worse, they left out half my order! I called them to have them deliver my missing items, and they wouldn’t do it! The guy said, we will give it to you next time, lol. Buddy, there will not be a next time! Save your money for other Russian places, there are plenty of them in brooklyn.
