Crown Fried Chicken & Pizza

We’ll see how the food is… if.it.ever.gets.here. 45 – 60 min delivery window. Called the restaurant after 75 minutes and was told it just left and would be another 10 – 15 minutes.

This place makes Crown FC look bad. I can’t eat here and it’s more than the food. I’ve ordered delivery multiple times and there is often a mistake or two but that’s not the end of the world. However when I ordered carry out they hadn’t even begun making my food. Annoying. I would have understood… if they were busy. really I would have. I can’t even tip these guys. They are 0% bad (not including the delivery guy). I mean I can’t eat at a place I can’t tip. That’s just science. This place is nothing but a stress earth

Great! I made a order for delivery and it came here about 10 – 15 minutes! AND their food was great! I tried the chicken wings, and they were fresh and clean! I will be ordering here more soon!

We ordered delivery, which we have in the past. They normally take an hour and a half even though they always say it will be 60 – 70 minutes. This time, after two hours of waiting, we called. The guy who answered was incredibly rude. Said they had tried calling too many times and no one answered, which wasn’t true. We had no missed calls, no one rang our buzzer, our phones were working, and they had two contact numbers. When I said, there’s no way, I have no missed calls, the guy said he didn’t know what happened, and that he guesses he can «get something to us in 15 or 20 minutes.» Still no apology, and I had no faith that it would actually get here in 15 or 20 minutes, so I told him I wanted my money back and he told me to go call grub hub and hung up the phone. Beyond the fact that he didn’t apologize, he didn’t try to resolve the situation, he went so far as to act like I had some nerve to call! When I did contact Seamless, they told me the restaurant had not even contacted them to say the food was undeliverable! Seamless took care of it. I hope the Crown Fried Chicken goes out of business with customer service like that.

The pizza is cheap and not very good. However, we are broke so we ordered. We waited about 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time and they said «20 more minutes» we waited again an extra 20 minutes and called for them to tell us their oven isn’t working. Are you kidding me? That information would have been useful before we even ordered.

I just had a milkshake and fried chicken wings… at 5:15AM… delicious. This place gets 4. It’s cheap, open late, and consistent satisfying quality. Not mind blowing, but always available, and for that I commend the place.

This place inspired me to write my first review. Horrible place! First of all I ordered through grubhub, which was good because they helped me out a lot. I called the place to find out why my order was taking so long, 2 hours after ordering to be precise. The guy on the phone was rushed and asked for my address, I told him and he said a completely different one back. I tried to correct him twice with him shouting at other people into the phone. Then I stopped him and said «you are not listening to me, my address is…» And then he said he would call me back. I called grubhub to sort it out and they said the guy just made it and it would be there in 10 mins. They guy shows up 10 mins later with my pizza, just in his hand, nothing covering it, so you guessed it, it was cold. Tasted of cardboard and was very salty. How do you screw up pizza? Never again

Easily the best Crown Fried Chicken. I’ve enjoyed others, but to be honest they are usually bogus.
Just to be clear– I have been to every single Crown Fried Chicken, but have enjoyed a slight few. This particular Crown Fried Chicken has the light of the lord shine upon it.
