I strongly agree he wrote those reviews himself, back in May my desktop ws acting up so I google searched for computer repairs in Brooklyn. I called a few of them and left messages because it was early in the morning, As I continued his ad popped up with his picture and his family,
and when I called surprisingly he answered the phone, he sounded like a reasonable individual.:)
…We scheduled an appointment for later that day, he was late but he showed up. The computer is old he suggested I get a new one, and the prce would been $ 400 to build a new one. I tried to bagain the price down because the monitor was only 2 months old but he refused.
Thus, I said that I would contact him when I was ready. He didn’t want to leave empty handed so he offered to add memories and a lifetime of protection to my bran new hp mini— even though I had Norton, he charged me $ 185. I was shocked because it was a new computer .
(: But based on the fact he is a skilled «Smooth Operator» he explained to me the benefits… I caved in and he left with my computer and returned it the next day… he was running late again.
He’d installed a software in the computer, so he could check it from his end.. A month later the computer started acting up. I called him several times, he wouldn’t not pick up but his recordings proudly mentions that he is in google’s first page…(
To make a long story short he finally checked it. I didn’t call him until a month ago– the so-​called lifetime protection clashed with the existing one and the system is going haywire. I called him 2 days ago and he hung up on me…(I am seriously considering taking him to” People’s Court”.

First I’d like to note that there seems to be a great deal of fake reviews about this place, probably done by the owner himself. Note how quickly good reviews go up after a negative review is posted. Certain consistencies between these reviews (like how Crc-​computers is written out) and the way they’re punctuated would seem to indicate they’re done by the same person.
I was having an error associated with Windows 7. An error popup was being generated every time Windows tried to make an image thumbnail. This was very annoying, but I could still work.
I gave my computer to Andy (CRC’s owner) and asked for a quote. He was over two hours late in picking the unit up the first day, but hey — free pickup, right?
Andy offered to get rid of the issue, and calibrate my system’s components to work better. I had to pry several times to get him to explain this second part. Sounded like he wanted to install some drivers and adjust some settings. I agreed to pay him $ 210 to do so.
Andy was three days late in returning my computer the first time. I have an old laptop that serves as my secondary work computer, but not having my primary was very difficult.
When Andy returned my computer, he powered it on, and it froze right after Windows loaded. This raised an alarm bell, but it seemed to work fine when restarted. I told him I’d call if the freeze happened again.
After several days of freezing and many calls to Andy’s voicemail, Andy eventually came and picked up my computer again. He had it several days longer than he promised and was hours late in dropping it off. He thought the problem was in the USB wireless card I was using, so he gave me a free one — I think because he knew how frustrated I had become.
My computer is still freezing after Andy returned it this second time, and Andy has become increasingly unresponsive. I waited half the day at home for him today, and after my third attempt to reach him on the phone, he told me he hadn’t ever *confirmed* he would be by to pick it up. I told him I’d cut my losses and find someone who could fix the error he started.
Now I’m out $ 210 and am losing work regularly due to complete system freezes. I strongly advise against CRC Computer.

Andy just found an old review I left on Google Places and left a reply, claiming I made four bad Web sites for him, and that no one should ever use my business. This guy’s a joke. A sad, sad Joke.
For that matter, check out his site. Maybe he could use my help. Doesn’t look too terrible for something purchased from a box, but those testimonials are hilarious reading. Hey Andy — drop me a line if you need help with your copy writing.
