Seriously one of the most disorganized and unreliable shops I’ve ever seen. Pleasant, but totally useless and apathetic.

My husband took his iPhone 5 in for repair. It had a broken glass.
Two days later, he updated his phone with the new OS and the phone went stopped working.
It now has lots of vertical lines and its stuck on the Itunes screen.
Something went wrong after the glass was replaced.
Instead of acknowledging that something went wrong and fix it, «Computer WizPrint Corp» tried to buy the phone for $ 50.

I had the best experience having my iPhone 5 screen repaired here after running it over with a bike. It took about an hour and now have a perfectly working iPhone again. I’m completely grateful.

I had a horrible experience here. It took 6 weeks to repair my playstation. I initially gave them a deposit and they said it would be done in one week. Fine. No prob.
I received my playstation «fixed» but found it to be in the same state as when I dropped it off. I returned to the store and they said come back in another week. 4 weeks pass before I get fed up and hounding the manager on a daily basis. Finally after 6 weeks I have a working product.
Come on guys. The Barclays Center was up and running faster than the service I received here.

There is no wiz inside of Computer Wiz located across from Barclays Center in Bklyn. I recommend you don’t step a foot inside, save your money & go elsewhere.
I spent close to $ 600 within 3 months on computer repair, business cards & colored prints on canvas. Made it very clear to communicate if any cropping or image altering is done to call or email so I can view the changes or alter the image myself for the best print. They rushed & printed all 6 prints in one day & 3 of them are of no use. The image I sent is 5 times brighter than what was printed & they have the other prints to compare it to. The images are extremely dull & dark & in the garbage. Almost $ 200 wasted, they offered to reprint the 3 for ½ price. I politely informed them that is not an option, will never do business w/​them & will be sure to recommend others to get their services elsewhere.
Besides the outcome of the prints, there was a delay starting the process, which wasn’t a huge deal since I placed the order in advance of when needed. Called to inquire about delay (more than 3wks) and they informed me they had to order the canvas. Which is why they probably rushed & printed all prints as soon as the canvas arrived.
Poor customer service, I recommend you do the research & spend your money elsewhere. Where you are valued as a customer, get your money’s worth, and dealing with professionals enjoying their expertise.

I brought my laptop to you for service 8÷31÷2011 and called the following day for status
I was told that the laptop needed a new hard drive and a new operating system
I gave permission on that day for the work to be done
I was told that I would receive a call when the work was completed
I called ⁹⁄₉ to find out if the laptop was ready and was told that my laptop could not be located, the technician was not there, and would receive a call back when he arrives
I did not receive a call
I called ⁹⁄₁₄ and was told again the my laptop could not be located and that I would receive a call back
I did not receive a call
I called again ⁹⁄₁₅ and was put on hold, transferred to two people before I spoke with someone who said that my laptop was ready sine ⁹⁄₂
This is the 3^rd time that I have done business with ComputerWiz and will more than likely be the last time
I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received in this instance
The laptop that was held unnecessarily for two weeks

I had a horrible experience here. I would not recommend this business to anyone, unless you were looking for printing. Their stuff looks good. My Droid phone had a cracked screen (they called it the digitizer), and I took it in to be repaired. They had me put down a deposit of half the amount for them to order the part, since it’s not one they keep in stock. I was fine with this.
A few days later, I got the call saying that my digitizer had come in. I took my phone in, and was without my phone for a few days (after being told it would be a few hours). When I finally got the phone back, it looked messed up. The speaker cover (it’s metal) was all bent up, there was glue seeping out of several places, and a part of the back cover kept coming off. I was just glad that it was fixed, though, and went on my way.
After trying to have several phone conversations and discovering that I couldn’t be heard on the phone, I took it back in to them. They kept it for a week, but couldn’t figure out what went wrong. They finally explained that it worked with a headset. I went in and talked to them, and figured out MYSELF in less than five minutes (of talking, not looking at parts, I’m not one to know how to do that) that it was the microphone. I was assured that they would order the microphone that day, and that they would have the phone fixed and working within two days.
I said OK and left. After thinking more about it, I decided that I didn’t want it messed up more. I went to Verizon (my carrier) and asked if I could get it repaired through them. I was told that I’d have to buy a «preowned» phone for nearly $ 300. I went back to Computer Wiz to get the phone and a refund. They tried for a long while to tell me I could not have a refund. It was only after I said that I would contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed that they refunded my money. When I went in, I had to argue with the tech person, the manager, and another person who works there to get my refund.
I will say that the guy working the counter felt sorry for me enough to give me a plug in headset so that I was able to use my phone.
