Delicious vegan cakes, scones and muffins. Especially the German Chocolate Cake. The store on Nostrand is just as good.

My favorite place was closed and I’ve been meaning to try another also closed! So I wandered in here. Only come here if in need for a vegan cake. Everything else may look enticing, but so is not! I bought a few things hated it all. Vegan cake, maybe coffee but more

Unlike the CG on Nostrand, this place has been a cute and friendly place to pick up excellent vegan baked goods. Great cakes, good coffee, and the staff has been friendly when I’ve been there.

So inside the place is pretty quaint. Seems to have a nice, though over priced, selection of goods. Had a pastry, and oh boy do I wish I hadn’t. I am, now in my present state, typing this while sitting on the porcelain throne with one of the worst cases of solid to liquid processing and projection I’ve ever experienced. I will not, with certainty, be going back.

The customer service sucks!!! I’ve been here twice, once waited on by an older woman — I walked out because of her attitude– and then by a younger Indian looking girl, I thought different person, different atttitude. I really don’t like to play the race card, but having my card snatched out of my hand and then thrown on the counter makes me wonder. Never shopping here again.

Cute place. Nice servers. Coffee was good, and the vegetarian and g-f options were also good. Suggestions: 1. Add a window bench or a couple of stools(although I’m surmising you have the small standing tables to discourage people from overstaying); 2. Provide your staff with a list of ingredients for all of your baked/cooked products, including things that might seem harmless, like types of oil, garlic, and spices. You’d be surprised how many folks who have one type of food sensitivity also have others.

Stopped in for a latte and also walked out with a cheddar pop-over. Both were yummy and next time I want to try one of their cakes!

Love this place more than life itself. Great coffee, stevia in the raw, vegetarian options and they are friendly… genuinely friendly.

Amazing! I am ashamed to admit that I literally moaned out loud eating a black bean hand pie. The crust was incredibly soft and flaky, yum.

This place is adorable. Came in for a coffee and snack and was pleasantly surprised to see some vegan options as well as grocery options. Run out of eggs? They have them. Prosciutto? It’s there. Chips, dips, cans of tomato, sauces, cereals… small selection but hey this is a coffee shop. But those added items they do have are very convenient. They’ve been open since mid-August of 2014 and I’m happy they’re here! Try the savory scones!

This is our new favorite spot for snacks and sweets. Im in love with the cakes and the apple goat cheese rosemary scone. The lox sandwiches are really good at the price of $ 6 and you have to get there early because they always run out. The workers behind the counter are always nice. I just wish they had a phone number listed so I can call them ahead of time to see if they are open.

Coffee so good it’s a cin.(Sorry.) Friendly smiles behind the counter, and the Colombe brews be bangin’. Prices are steep for the area, but this is supply and demand at work, I suppose. If the vast supply of vegan pastries doesn’t cut it for you, the Terrace-supplied bagels are doughy and delicious, especially eaten at the standing tables in the front windows. Flatbush Ave people-watching at its finest.

I was not pleased by the fact that instead of a sleeve they give you a napkin for you coffee on top of which when I asked for to have the cup doubled I was told they have to charge for the cup!!! So I had to have my hand burn with the hot cup and the coffee wasn’t even that good. I’ll stick to going to the better coffee shops in the neighborhood.

I think this place is very nice. I’ve been here late in the day so I haven’t yet tried the coffee, but I notice they have espresso/macchiato/lattes as well as regular drip coffee. Will have to try it when I’m here earlier. Also, I have read that the Bed-Stuy Cinnamon Girl is known for having good croissants, so I’ll have to look for that here as well. When you come later in the day, sometimes they are out of certain things(understandably). The vegan and non-vegan pastries are very good. I’ve had vegan scones and also tried a blueberry coffeecake which was very good(that one is not vegan). They also sell good cider here from Terhune Orchards, and spaghetti sauces and other things. I think it is a good addition to this neighborhood.

While the cakes we got were good, the service was so-so. There was an older woman working behind the counter and you could tell from body language and fake smiles that she was not too pleased with us being in her shop. I don’t think I will be going there again, I will frequent the other cafes in the community where I feel more welcome.
