If I can give NO STARS I would! The people that work at the bank are very good. It’s the fact that the bank does not understand their customer and pays zero or little regard to the hundreds of small businesses that exist within blocks of where this bank is located. Bottom line… a dedicated business line is necessary and increase the number of tellers as it is what THIS CUSTOMER BASE responds to. Technology doesn’t jive with THIS CUSTOMER BASE. HELLO!!!

The employees here are extremely mean and unprofessional. I’ve been to multiple chase in Manhattan where they do not demand me to fill out a deposit slip bcus I don’t remember my acct number. I’ve been doing this for as long as I remember since I start banking with chase. And they r mean. They refuse to count the money for you too. Totally bias.

This branch is totally biased on the services they provide. The employees are completely unproffessional in following up on their own set of systems.
The sign up sheet left at the enterance for customers to sign their name to see a banker for services needed, is totally a waste. People just walk in and start speaking in their own vernacular languages and push themselves ahead of those waiting patiently to see a «professional» banker.
I was very upset seeing the lack of profesionalism performed by this asian banker on the 5th avenue branch. And she did not even have the courtesy to apologize for her lack of manners. I would never go back to this poor location.

Formerly Washington Mutual and now Chase. The building and interior is the nicest I’ve seen for a Chase bank. High ceiling and very spacey. I rely on the ATMs and they don’t have too many at this location. Prepare to wait because people take FOREVER! Their ATMs are really fast and no envelopes are necessary if you’re making deposits, awesome!
