Chase Bank

The worst customer service. I always wait and am always looking at all the employees who are like.

Been here multiple times. They have 3 teller Windows but only have 1 person working every time. I frequently wait for over 30 minutes at non peak hours. This place sucks. Might change banks

Wow. They gutted this branch. I saw one of their walls of tellers was under renovation, I was thinking they were getting a fancy new even bigger TV display or something. Turns out, they replaced human tellers with shitty ATMs and an ATM concierge or something who helps you press the buttons. Meanwhile, they have one human teller, and one gigantic line. People were visibly agitated, especially after a representative asks us if we need help for the third time. I think it’s all just a ploy to make their private client service seem better.
The only thing Chase had going for it, in my opinion, was their employees at the local branches. All the employees at this branch are nice, courteous, and as helpful as they can be without being a teller.
There are so many other banks to choose from, there is just nothing positive I can say about Chase.

This back has to be the biggest disaster of all banks. The lines here are insane, I don’t think it’s even the employees fault, there is some kind of complete level of ineptitude with whole setup of this chase. It’s amazing, you can be in and out of a chase in Manhattan in a matter of seconds yet it’s impossible to get out of this bank in quicker than 10 or 15min (which feels like an eternity in a bank line!!)

what the hell happened to this branch?
it’s filthy! the floors are always dirty, the table in the lobby looks like someone vomited on it and it’s been like this for several weeks now, there are paper cups lying on the floor… do they ever clean???
now, their right atm is broken and has been for 2 weeks now and the left one doesn’t accept deposits or deposits cash. the only one that works is outside in the street, but that one doesn’t give out receipts.
as a result to that, the line to bank tellers is humongous… I’m nervous trusting my money to these people now, because it looks like they don’t have their shit together and on the verge of going bankrupt.

A little hard 2 get 2 but AOK on Service!

bleh! i just waited in line for 51 minutes (between 2:30 and 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon… wtf?!?). they had one teller who was full-​service. there was a manager fiddling with a printer for some time, and ignoring the people yelling from the line about the situation. there was no business line open, which was the cause of much distress and added to the frenzy of the line. random CSR’s (there were 500 of them there, doing nothing) kept coming out and asking if anyone had any «check-​only deposits», but no, idiots, we didn’t… if we did, we’d of used the ATM! all i needed was to make a check-​and-​cash deposit, and get a roll of quarters. i ended up with a headache and pure hatred for this branch.
the only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because they were helpful and quick setting up our account 2 years ago. too bad the rest of the branch is a complete disaster. ridiculous!
