I love coming here! Especially when my favorite manager is working! Sofiya always goes out of her way to help me find what I’m looking. Every time she sees us she drops whatever she’s doing and helps me shop. I usually shop in Carters every two weeks, I loveee that she remembers me and my kids and she always provides a warm welcome and excellent product knowledge. The 86 street location is by far my favorite! Can’t wait to see what you guys have in stored for Spring!

It’s a fresh breathe of air when walking inside this carter’s location. From the moment I walk in everyone just smiles and greets me with a warm and happy presence. The staff is very helpful and I’m more then willing to be loyal to this store on 86^th street and buy my son’s baby clothing. Great job guys and keep up the great work

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments i have ever stepped in. I spoke to the manager on the phone for a good 10 – 15 minutes, and she asked me to come in for a face to face interview. My interview was scheduled for a 2:30 on a Thursday. Once i got into the store, there was nothing but chaos. I was sent home, because the manager Maggie overbooked everybody. I was told that i would get a call back to reschedule my appointment, but nobody ever called me. Safe to say i’m glad i did not go through with the interview process, from the look of the business, there would have been nothing but stress!
