The worse experience I have ever had Food was ice cold and when I called to fix this problem I was told to microwave it. Stay away do not spend any of your money there

Two hour + delivery on a Wednesday night. Exasperated woman at restaurant was polite enough but ultimately will never order again since they apparently employ rogue delivery persons.

I generally like this place, but I have been waiting 2 hours for my delivery. Never ordering again, this wait is crazy.

Jumped in just to grab something to go quick. Korean tacos really good. The dumplings are yummy also. The place is hard to find

I had the Teriyaki-Glazed chicken lunch special and it was tasty. Will definitely order again.

Food was utterly disappointing, tasteless and just covered in a one-note sauce. I would’ve given 2 stars except when the food arrived(we ordered delivery), it was *cold.* Don’t know how this place even managed to get 3 stars. Avoid.

Every time I visit my friends who live in Williamsburg, we order from Brooklyn Seoul. The korean burritos and chicken wings are pretty much the best thing when it comes to korean fusion. Never disappointed once and the sauce pretty much is legit korean and half the price of regular korean food in k-town.

What happened!!! Is there a new cook? Just ordered delivery and while the timing was spot on(30 mins) the food was very disappointing. I ordered a beef taco. The tortilla was a strange consistency; very«card-boardy». And the beef was DRY. The spicy pork bento came with spicy pork, rice, jap chae, and 2 fried dumplings. This is usually my go-to dish. The pork was not spicy at all and I didn’t get any kimchee to go with it to help. And what’s with all the semi-cooked onions? The jap chae was mush! And so oily. I am so disappointed. This is the only Korean take out in the area and I don’t know if I will be ordering again.

Good burrito, but not spectacular. Had to ask several times for water even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Music was also unusually loud.

Ordered wings and rice balls for lunch. Both were excellent. Can’t remember the last time Grubhub was able to deliver crispy wings.

Ordered lunch special. They forgot to put in the side. Disappointed. Last time I ordered, discovered a piece of mental thing in my meal. :(

Really bad experience. I had ordered from here before once with no issues, but not this time. I ordered two baos, a burrito, and ramen. First, it took close to an hour and a half to arrive. Needless to say, everything was cold. I was thankful for my microwave. After reheating, I start with the bao. Very fatty and greasy. Felt like I was biting into fat, and not in the pork belly way. The burrito was alright, but the only flavor it had was from the kimchi. Ate half of it and figured, ‘meh’. I got to the ramen, and it was painfully bland. Had to add things from my own pantry to try to make the best of it. There was absolutely no flavor. The meat also was pretty gross. And then, after making it a tiny bit more edible, I found a hair in the soup. It’d be one thing if it was my own, but it was clearly not. SUPERGROSS. Absolutely never again.

Casual Korean eatery serving up some amazing Korean tacos and burritos. I miss many things about living in Brooklyn — this place is definitely at the top of that list. The bibimbap is good, but the real show are the burritos: huge, and delicious down to the last bite. We always enjoyed the BK Seoul Tofu Burritos, slathered in gochujiang and filled with pickled radish, usually with some bibimbap to share. One burrito is pretty filling, unless you’re starving, so it’s a good price at $ 6 for one and $ 11 for two. The interior is very casual — think your standard Chipotle — so we normally got take-out to enjoy at home. There was usually a good wait for the food(though this may have changed since I last went), so I would recommend ordering in advance, but otherwise the service is great and friendly. I had my last dinner here before moving out of Brooklyn, and rightfully so!

Ordered via GrubHub, was told 2 hour wait — figured that was okay since it was a monsoon out. Food never showed, restaurant closed. I was reimbursed thru GrubHub but nothing else. Tried to give this place a chance and guess I never will now.

The pork belly baos are amazing, as well as the fried dumplings and fish tacos. Ingredients seem super fresh and service is relatively fast and very pleasant. The mixed rice(bibimbap) was good, but not the best I have ever had. The egg was over cooked which left the dish dry and in need of a saucy medium to bring the ingredients together. The veggies in the dish were also cold as if they had been sautéed previously and then refrigerated. Prices are affordable and I wouldn’t completely rule it out despite the minor disappointments, plus the location is ideal. Would recommend for the delicious and affordable baos!

I’ve only had their chicken wings, so I can’t speak for anything else, but they are SOGOOD. I’ve heard good things about the buns, and to avoid the ramen, but all I can personally say is go out of your way for these wings. A little sweet, a little spicy, always tender.

I ordered food at 7:40…it’s 10:25PM. Where is the food? «On its way» the girl says after I have called 3 times.

I live in the area and wanted to get a quick bite and decided to stop by Brooklyn Seoul. I got the pork belly burrito and galbi burrito. The pork belly burrito tasted bland however the galbi burrito was amazingly good! I got 2 thinking they were going to be small but each was fairly big. I finished the entire galbi burrito but could only take a few bites of the spicy pork belly. The service was slow but will try back another time.

Food is delicious, especially the kalbi burrito. I’ve also had the pork belly and chicken katsu bao, both pretty good but not as good as the burrito. This place doesn’t have traditional korean dishes minus the bibimbap(which I’ve yet to try) but I like it for what it is. Casual korean-american dining at a takeout spot. I usually eat here but the seating area isnt the most aesthetically pleasing.

Mediocre, like most Korean food in NYC, save in Flushing. Some of the ingredients in the bi bim bop were good, others not so much: the pork didn’t seem very fresh, as if it had been reheated a few times; the brown rice was really chewy, under cooked I think. Pickled radish was very good, as was the cucumber, and the sauce was very nice. Also, I expected to be more full after my dish than I was – or for what I ordered to be bigger – so I didn’t think the value was great. Docking one star because they are giving out Grub Hub cards that they admit don’t work. Sakura around the corned did the same thing, which was very annoying for me. Not much respect for the customer to be giving out those cards in store knowing it is just going to be a frustrating experience.
