This place is amazing. So so so so many plants. Really great planter selection! There are also tons of other nurseries around the same lot.

Bought 100+ sugar pumpkins for my school and left with 95% mini pumpkins deceivingly placed under the 5% sugar pumpkins I did get! This sucks because I payed for the sugar pumpkins which is more expensive than the mini pumpkins! & yes, I called ahead to place my order.

The prices are cheap(ex: lemon grass here 2.50 $ or 2 $ compared to home depot 12 $) pot planters are cheap but they also have some very fancy ones as well! Saw one for 3000 $(very fun to browse through the more expensive items) Creatively dressed mannequins(think clockwork orange) are used as decorations/art pieces for the store which boosts the cozy levels through the roof. This place is definitely a hidden gem that has many different plants that other garden centers do not have(ex: bamboo plants)

I buy edible plants for my summer garden at Hick’s in Westbury(not cheap!) because they sell organics, but right now they don’t have dill. The Brooklyn Terminal Market seems to have no organic herbs or veggies at all, but they do have gorgeous conventionally-grown herb and veggie plants(and everything else!) at very reasonable prices, especially Lapide’s. I bought my dill plants there for $ 2.99 each($ 2.55 each after the 10% H.E.S member discount, or the Unilocal 10%-off-first-purchase check-in deal). So if you don’t mind pesticides or GMOs in your edibles, or you’re buying ornamental plants, Lapide’s is a good source.

Awesome place. Diverse and wide array of inventory. They are my go-to place for all wholesale gardening supplies.

Called to find out if they had Organic vegetable started plants. I was told yes. So I made the trek from Rockaway to check it out. This place is a double parking heaven. No parking lot no parking spaces really. I asked when I got there about the Organic plants the gentleman didn’t even know what makes the plants organic. Way to go! thanks for wasting time. If you want a large quantity of conventional vegetables go here, if you don’t mind a shit show parking lot.

As this place is the closest to my house I have been there on more than one occasion. Maybe it is because I look like I am 16 that I was treated with such disrespect. Nevertheless, the people that work there seemed uninterested in offering me any help and all the things I was hoping to get there I bought elsewhere for a less.

just went here on the weekend for a kid’s easter festival! It was their first ever but such a success!!! All staffs were kids friendly and soo many people from all areas of New York were there!!! After the festival, we took a look around the shop and my gosh, it is amazing!!! They have sooooo many interesting designed interior not only for plants but for household. The prices are very cheap as well. My wife is bugging me to buy her the hanging glass plant holder!!! The market itself has many wholesale stores around as well. Some products are very rare so if you need some exotic spices or food, this market is the place to go.
