All the drivers are Russian and the drivers don’t speak English and aren’t very nice at all but are very efficient and always on time to pick you up

I travel a lot for work so I need cab service from my house to JFK every week. The prices are probably the cheapest around town however tonight I have decided that enough is enough. You pay less for the taxi fare but to go through that NASTY and RUDE dispatcher? I don’t know who you are but you better check that attitude of yours. That is no way to talk to somebody and to hang up on you mid sentence? Really? Maybe you hate your job, maybe you need to get laid, whatever your story is: hey, FIND A NEW JOB. This one ain’t it buddy. I also have to mention that he’s been rude on multiple occasions so he’s been given a few chances. last straw, no more!
I will use another taxi company that will charge more and I’ll be glad to pay the difference. You will lose many customers down the road and you’ve lost a very loyal customer today.

Very bad service and rude manager! I called, say «send me to such address by taxi 20min» –manager responsible «when it will be necessary to call and hang up»

I called them to pick up my boyfriend and I from JFK. Knowing the company is 20mins away if there’s zero traffic, we grabbed a bite to eat while we waited. About 15mins later I get a call from the driver saying he is there. I run out to find him while BF gets our food to go. Couldn’t find the driver so I call the company back & ask where my driver is at– the dispatcher hung up on me. I call back again and am told the color & number of the car and exact pickup location so I go to it, walk up and down it and the neighbouring two pickup spots (freezing no less) and the car is not there. I wait about ten mins to see if he pulls up– nope. I call the dispatcher back and he tells me «He’s arriving right now». Waited another ten minutes– no car. At that point we were irritated by their lies and the fact we could have finished our fresh food while it was still hot. We ended up going to the taxi stand and getting a regular taxi. 20mins later when we were already nearly home in our good ol reliable yellow taxi, they tried calling me. I was too busy enjoying the rest of my omelette & the reliable service of my yellow cab to tell them to F-​off. Will never ever try them again. You get what you pay for.

I use this service all the time, its my #1 car service i call. Very fast and good prices, the lowest prices there is in NYC you can find it in Bensonhurst car service. Nice drivers with knowledge of where they are going, also very fast, i get to my destination sooner than i expect and i like that. I highly recommend them.

I called this taxi company at 250 to pick up a client. They said 10 minutes. The receptionist where my client was waiting informed me that he was standing outside by the entrance. At 3pm I get an angry phone call from the company that they have been waiting there for over 20 minutes. I said «But I only called 10 minutes ago.» The dude said, «Why are you arguing??? «I said, «I’m not» and started explaining that he is waiting outside. I attempted to confirm if he was at the right place by asking if he was in front of (name of company). I know, horrible and rude of me right? He flipped out, accusing me of arguing with him again and hung up the phone. Rude, unprofessional, treats customers like garbage. How is this place even in business?

I have been using these guys for a couple of years now. Never have had a problem. They are quick and very affordable. Used them from my house to 15 ave and 49 St. only $ 11.00. Made the mistake of taking a different service from that address back home — $ 14.00. From now on only Bensonhurst.

I’ve used them quite a few times, mostly for rides to and from JFK. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes after I call them. Their cars are a bit old but the fares are very reasonable.

had to take a trip around brooklyn to do a few errands when i got back from vacation. it would be too expensive everywhere else because they charged for stops, by distance, and a whole bunch of other crap. these guys were awesome and very fair. only 25 per hour to ride around with your own chauffeur and take care of whatever you need. these guys are on point!!!

Same dispatcher as bay express. They tried to charge me $ 33 + toll to get to manhattan. Another car service called 88 got me to manhattan for $ 18 and did not even have to take the toll.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve taken this car service twice to JFK ($ 25 or $ 40 if they use the van) and its been fine.
When I called, the guy on the phone was nice. They’re always on time or come a bit earlier than expected. The first time I used them, I had to change the route halfway and they were accommodating to it (they charged more but they weren’t a-​holes about me changing the destination).
The driver doesn’t really turn on the AC and his English isn’t great but it’s never been a big problem for me. It’s pretty much a no frills car service that gets the job done.
If you want to ride in style or expect a lot then this car service might not be right for you.

I began using the car service again when they were under new management. Just as I thought that they were improving, they proved me wrong! I almost got into a car accident with one of the drivers and when I complained, he didn’t apologize, didn’t ask if I was hurt and threw me out of the car! I got a similar response from the dispatcher, assuming I did something wrong to get thrown of the car. No one offered me an apology, showed any interest that I was hurt or offered me any compensation for my experience. Their management is the worst. They are nothing but money grubbing assholes, which have absolutely no business in serving others. They don’t follow any rules and insist that they are always right. I’ve had several drivers insist that they can honk during traffic when it’s clearly the law that they can’t do that. One of them was even stopped by the police for honking and insisted to me that he was right. Be forewarned. This car service is the worst!

I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. Yes, the dispatchers are abrupt (maybe why he’s viewed as rude), but he’s always been really nice as well. I always take them to get to JFK and I’ve had no problems getting there.
They come on time and the drivers are always nice. One time I wasn’t sure which terminal to get off at, and he told me to go ask a attendant and said he’d wait for me until I found out if I was at the right terminal.

Very rude not friendly dispatchers they have poor scense of customer service used them a few times because of convenience never again rather do bussiness elsewhere

Stupid car service guy went to a one way street n kept driving after I told him you’re going the wrong way. He kept driving till the end of the block n goes oh shit. Then he tried to turn the block im going to n turning on one way street again!!! Wtf Open your eyes n drive!

Yo, it’s fuckin Bensonhurst car service. Needa go someplace? Get in the fuckin car, we’ll take you there. In the neighborhood a long time so you know we’re the real deal. I said get in the fuckin car, Angela!

No star! The person who answers is an ahole! He needs to learn at least basic customer service

This is a great car service! Always on time. I had not had any problems with the staff nor the drivers. For a car service in the neighborhood, this is certainly the best one. Their prices are lower than the other car services charge too! JFK price from my address $ 25 and unlike the other reviewer claimed, it was $ 25 to come back.

Disgusting service… Disgusting ppl working there… They smell bad and have no respect to customers. DON’T CALL THIS CAR SERVICE. I was waiting for my car for over 20 min and when I called nasty man said that the car left and he was not gonna send me another one. And when I ask for his name he said we are too busy we don’t have time for bullshit… That’s how you treat your customers… Brrrr nasty!
