We ordered the open faced turkey sandwich, chicken fingers, spring rolls, and curly fries. The turkey and Curley fries would have been ok, but they arrived cold. The chicken fingers were average. The spring rolls were below average. I don’t think I would order from here again.

Giving this place 2 stars strictly because of their terrible service. Their food is great but their service is so wrong. I’ve never been to the actual location in person but just by how they have treated me in the past by ordering online I won’t go back. The deliveries are always late, they’ve sent me the wrong food, and I feel sorry for the people who’s food was sent to me. I called the location to let them know that I was given the wrong food and got yelled that before I even got my answer started, once I was able to get my sentence in that my wrong food was given the man didn’t let me tell him what I DID order when HEASKEDMETO. And once I start telling him what I did order he yells again at me and hangs up on my face. Completely rude and they will never get my service again. I am a person very big on customer service strictly because I work in that environment. There’s no need to yell, there’s no need to hang up on your customer, mistakes happens but just not going back.

This morning we had one of those delivery fiascos where food is delayed a full hour longer than promised(so, 1 hr 45 minutes total). And of course whoever answered the phone when we called to see what was going on was rude about it. This was our first order from BRD and I doubt we would give them another shot. Pegasus(86 and 3rd) is reliable and they are always nice.

The food is really good and affordable. I usually order breakfast from here and it is so good. I have never been disappointed. I will continue to eat from here.

I love this place!!! The staff is great, the food is great, the place is clean, there’s nothing not to like! My boyfriend and our friends eat here almost once a week if not more, and we’ve never been disappointed. I’ve ordered delivery from here on multiple occasions and, again, never disappointed. Their brunch menu is fantastic, love me those mimosas ;) I highly recommend this establishment, along with basically anything on its menu.

Having been to my fair share of diners, this establishment by far exceeds the others in service, food, portion, price, and cleanliness! Where else can you get two pieces Challah French toast, fruit salad, unlimited coffee, 2 eggs any style, bacon, and ham for $ 13.95… Maybe in the out skirts of Brooklyn or New Jersey. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Can’t wait to visit again!

An above average selection of breakfast options, with a really attentive staff, makes an otherwise ordinary diner a cut above the rest. Also, at fourteen dollars, the brunch is really good, especially considering most diners don’t offer bloody marys, mimosas, etc.

Bay Ridge diner is a very good, nice, friendly place and very polite staff. Their food is really good usually when I go there in the summer I’ll have a Corfu salad w/grilled chicken on top and that chicken is so moist. In the winter I’ll have Mousaka, grilled fish, roast beef and all are so tender reasonably prices always freshlove that diner

Many diners in the area, but I chose to order from this one today. The delivery guy was rude and practically dropped the bag into my hands, gave me a look and walked away. That was extremely awkward. Portions were smaller than from what you’d expect from a Brooklyn diner. Did not give me Cole slaw as description said it would.

I’ve never eaten in the restaurant but I used to get delivery from them constantly. I didn’t experiment much, only having tried the tortellini el pesto with added shrimp and scallops, but it was always very yummy. They’ll even sub whole wheat pasta if you’re into that sort of thing. The dish was a bit pricey, about $ 20, but a very hefty portion and it came with bread and a salad. I can’t say much for their other items, but if everything is along the lines of what I get from delivery, then I’m sure it’s delicious. They have a very wide menu, so I’m sure you could find something you’ll like.

What I love about this diner is that it has all the staples of a diner menu. It has friendly staff. Never seems to be too crowded but definitely never empty. Seems average priced to me. Definitely a good place to go to for breakfast or lunch. In a nice neighborhood we can always find parking.

I already expressed my disappointment in the decline of quality and customer service for this diner, which I used to LOVE! And here I am today ready to give another negative review. It’s Xmas Eve, just stating for facts. It’s a given to be busy but I ordered 4 soups and somehow I’m still sitting here 55 minutes later waiting for my SOUP!!! HOWISITEVENREMOTELYPOSSIBLE to be waiting this long holiday or not for SOUP!?! No grilling, searing or toasting involved. I just don’t understand. You may be busy but come on, deliveries are going out it’s not too much to send them on en route of another delivery. Soups are great! Taste amazing but not worth an hour+ wait. Should have just ordered from fort Hamilton like my bf said but unfortunately the chicken soup there sucks!!! I’m grateful I’m moving BC this used to be the go to diner BC of convenience + quality but like I stated quality has gone down since I moved here as prices continue to rise. Sad.

Used to love ordering from this place but they started up charging grub hub users by 20%. So disappointed.

Love this diner. I only come here when I am in the hunger red zone because the portions are crazy generous. My personal favorite area of the menu is the omelet section. If you haven’t tried the colossal Murray’s Omelet, you haven’t lived. Just sayin’. As for the vibe, it’s a cheerful little diner with a casual, no-rush feel. The cups and plates have a colorful, fiesta-style theme going on and the wait staff is always friendly and welcoming. And, to address the obvious standard of properly judging diner quality, the coffee is as good as it is abundant. Seriously, if you take a sip, there is someone right behind you ready to pour more into your cup.(Usually, they work there.)

Today we ate a late lunch there with one of our Bay Ridge friends(it was also the first time she’d been there). I had the portobello mushroom wrap($ 8.95), my husband had the Los Angeles grilled chicken deluxe sandwich($ 10.95), and our friend had a small Greek salad($ 7.95). My husband & I each also paid $ 1 extra to substitute sweet potato fries for the French fries, and those were probably the best sweet potato fries we’ve ever eaten; they were like a dessert. The size of all three meals was generous and the food was *delicious*. We arrived at 1:50 p.m. and the place was full(it’s mostly booth seating, with a few tables — and it’s not a real large place), but we only had to wait for about ten minutes. Our server was somewhat perfunctory, but the busboy was attentive. Also, the couple at the counter(who I think are the owners) were very friendly and we had a nice conversation with them afterwards. And, a friendly young guy answered the phone when I’d called to ask about their hours. The diner has an «A» rating from the Health Department and the restroom was clean.

Such a great little diner! The word«diner» has the ability to catch my eye from almost any distance, so of course, I had to stop in and get my «diner» fix for the week. Randomly came across this place after seeing a movie at the theater down the street. Typical diner food, nothing too special. That being said, quality of food is excellent, super friendly staff/service. You can never go wrong with a diner that has all of the ‘French Fry’ options… waffle fries, curly fries, home fries, etc… Delicious!

I like their corn beef hash and eggs. They make it crispy if you ask. The service is very good as well, the server is always very nice and the food comes fast. I’ll be coming here more often especially since its in my neighborhood. I don’t know what took me so long to get here.

A really great Brunch menu pretty much means automatic success in New York. They have a fairly decent one – $ 13 for an entrée, fruit salad, choice of juice/drink and unlimited tea & coffee. At this point, you can’t go wrong with a Bellini; perfect way to top the morning! ;) The entrees are pretty standard here, nothing amazing. I recommend the Benedict Florentine – they pull off Hollandaise sauce pretty well! Do not really recommend the Turkey Sausage here, it didn’t taste right and was rather chewy. Never too crowded and an appropriate place to visit if you’re looking for a low-key sit down diner to perhaps plan the rest of your day. :)
