They have reasonable prices, for the most part. Not better than 3 guys though. Their fruit and vegetables are a hit or miss. I’ve gotten a bag of potatoes and it turned out most of them were rotten, so make sure to check through the plastic bag(even though it’s hard to see with all the print on them). The cashiers are not always aware of customers waiting, and I’ve been charged for something that I haven’t bought, so make sure you check your receipt. Their manager was fine and allowed me to exchange a fruit that was rotten. Also, the fruits inside the store are organic and usually more expensive than the ones outside.

I love this corner grocery store. It’s close to the subway and conveniently located for multiple runs. The fruit is a lot fresher than other neighboring places and the people are mostly friendly. I love their fruit! It has everything you would want and did I mention, the fruit is fresh? Sometimes there are bruises, but over all, I haven’t been disappointed in what I’ve bought there. I always go here for fruits and veggies.

One of the few all organic grocery stores in Bay Ridge. They have a good selection of dry foods, fresh herbs and produce, lots of vegan/vegetarian to-go meals, and a huge variety of all natural cooking oils(safflower oil, walnut oil, coconut oil, etc). They also carry Linwoods flax seeds blends, which is hard to find even in organic stores. They also have an extensive fresh juice and smoothie bar that’s definitely worth trekking for.

They’ve been around for about a year now, and their prices and selection have only gotten better. Definitely still my #1 produce place in the neighborhood!

*Edit: Changed owners, the bakery sucks now which is what I was rating. –_–

Definitely a great add to the neighborhood. They have a great variety of fresh tasty produce and at great prices. You can also pick up milk, eggs, pasta, cheeses, yogurts, bread/pita, cereal, and snacks. There is a tiny bakery as well and they sell freshly baked breads and cakes. May I just mention it smelled like banana bread the last time I was there… drools.

This may be my new go-to spot for milk, eggs and fresh produce! This new mid-sized deli has a pretty good selection, with an emphasis on healthy and organic food. The fruits and veggies are nice, and have very good prices. Milk for $ 3. a gallon and eggs $ 1. a dozen is the same as my usual place, and I don’t know anyone that beats that. The prices on cereal, juice, yogurt, and dry goods, etc looked unexceptional but not extortionate at all.
