lucus is a piece of work! reservations were made and on the day before check-​in we receive an email 12 hours before that check-​in was at 8pm, due to a jewish holiday! they offered no refund no apology, nothing! just a big f’in attitude! when we called back the dip!@@#$ at the front counter said that no manger is available until the holiday is over and that the amount will be paid in full and we can argue with the manager when he returns! if i acted this way at my job, i would be fired on the spot! fire lucus and get someone that represents a dignified establishment! stay away stay away stay away stay away stay away!

This hotel is NASTY! I stayed for a night about a year ago and the bedding felt moist and warm. I woke up to find about 40 BED BUG BITES on my legs. I would never recommend this awful disgusting hotel unless you want to be itching like mad for weeks!
