10⁄10 if you ask me. This place never fails to satisfy. Paying $ 15 a meal is totally worth is when you take home half the meal! I got the chicken hibachi with fried rice(which was to die for) and a fantastic show to accommodate. I would deff recommend this place for a birthday party or just to eat with your pals!

Pretty cool spot. Very entertaining but I will have to Say I been to a better hibachi spot in queens. Food was good but lack a lot flavor. It could also be the chef that cook our meal. The tuna pizza was great out of everything we had there. We also order sashimi which contain tuna hamachi and salmon which is as basic as it gets. My lady had shrimp and chicken hibachi. The chicken and shrimp was tasty but the fried rice lack. I order 8oz steak which lack flavor also. Still we have received the perfect attention from our waiter which balance out my experience there. My crave for a hibachi in Brooklyn is still on search. Over all I will go back just to make sure it just wasn’t a bad day for the Chef.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never had a bad meal. The wait can be a bit long sometimes, especially if you come on a weekend and you are requesting to sit at the Hibachi table. The wait can be shorter if you request a regular table– but what’s the point of coming to a place like this if you sit at a regular table? Anyway, I always get the same thing– Hibachi Chicken with fried rice and miso soup instead of the clear soup. Their miso soup is amazing and their lemon orange dressing is really good. The serving size is quite big, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to finish everything. One tip– if you can, request Chef Moody– he is awesome! And definitely worth the wait!

It’s a Hibachi restaurant, nothing special but it’s good for groups, even without reservations, the entertainment will occupy the kids and the food is pretty good. I’ve been twice with my crew and we weren’t disapointed either time.

Such an awesome spot and by far the most entertaining of all the HIbachi places that I’ve been to. Came here with a party of 10, my family who had never really had hibachi aside from my brother, his girl and myself were in for a real treat. We were seated comfortably at a table separate from the rest of the restaurant in the front, The food was pretty good. I had the chicken and scallop hibachi and the drinks were pretty good as well. Definitely nice for a big group and a great choice for those looking to have their first hibachi experience.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but I was craving hibachi and my fiancé and I decided to give it a try Saturday night. We did not make reservations because we were just out and about and decided to pop in. It was like 8:30pm on a Saturday night, and we were sat right away! We ordered a spicy tuna roll appetizer, and each ordered the steak and scallop hibachi meal. It came with three grilled shrimp, clear soup, ginger salad(there was a choice for a diff salad dressing also), white rice(but we paid extra for fried rice), an 8oz steak, 4 halved scallops, veggies, and ice cream! The price for the entrée was $ 22.99. The spicy tuna roll was $ 5.99. The spicy tuna roll was DELICIOUS! It was the perfect level of spicy. The salad dressing was creamy ginger and it was yummy! Actually everything tasted good! At the end, you could choose from 4 or 5 ice cream flavors. The only downside was that our hibachi chef had a very strong accent so it was very hard to understand him. He was very happy and engaging, but when he would ask me a question I had a hard time understanding what he was saying. A lot of the reviews said the chefs were agitated or disengaging, but on a Saturday night at 8:30 our chef was very good! We will definitely be back!

Great food, great service and the environment has a relaxed great feel to it. The chef that came to our table was funny, he included everyone and he was a joy to have. Every single time my water got low in my cup an attentive waitress would come and fill it right back up !(we made sure to give her tho directly to her because she deserved it).

Only reason I am giving this place two stars instead of one is because of how heavenly their fried rice is. Decided to walk into Arirang on a Thursday night at around 8:00pm. We were 5 guys and were told it would have to be about a 20 min wait. No problem for us, next thing we know 20 mins turns into 45 minutes. Just when we were about to return the buzzer and say«screw this place» we were saved by the bell. I guess because it was already late they gave us our own hibachi table. Enter our beaut of a waitress. The place was so loud and I guess she was so hocked up on goof balls, she did not realize she was whispering to us. She misplaced her pen, but assured us she would be able to remember everything we want to order. We all placed our hibachi orders and decided to split 2 orders of the Rock Shrimp Tempura appetizer. Half hour goes by and there is no sign of our Rock Shrimp. My hangry friend had enough! He demanded to speak to the manager! The manager struts over to apologized to us, and only tells us that our waitress simply forgot to put in the order for our rock shrimp. Offering no gesture to make up for the inconvenience, he just walked away. Our Chef finally comes out and salvages the night for us. He wasn’t the best grand master, but he was somewhat entertaining. We had some good laughs and some excellent fried rice. Been sporadically coming to this for a few years and the act hasn’t changed. They still like to «move it, move it» and«egggg wwoolll» I think the saying, «you can’t train an old chef new tricks» fits perfectly here. I probably won’t come back here for a while, but when I do it’ll be only for their addicting fried rice and not to catch uncooked cubes of zucchini like a sea otter.

This is the type of place that you come to once for the thrills, and then forget about it. It’s expensive to sit in front of the hibachi, but that’s expected. It’s the same show they’ve been doing for probably about as long as they are open. So once you see it once there’s no need to waste the fee of sitting in front of the grill. You can sit at a regular table for about half the price. The food is okay, not great but not bad. If you’ve never been to hibachi though I would try it at least once to say you did it.

Funny experience and good food! I went there with a friend, we set in a table with another couple and a family, the cook was nice and funny. The host was very kind and we were able to sit inside right away even though it was busy. Food was very good and the overall experience was great!

I was so impressed with this place. We had reservations for 6p and when we got there it was still pretty empty which was good bc by the time we left it got really crowded and super loud. It was your standard hibachi steakhouse. Cook comes, does a little show, nothing new. But the food was better than other hibachi restaurants I’ve been to. It was great! Would definitely come back. Valet service was quick too.

So I went to this place to celebrate a birthday. Left with a cool cup and that was like the highlight of my night. The food is ok, the drinks I got were not that great. I ordered an Island Ko Ko so that I could get to keep the cup it came with, and then I ordered a Karate Punch, it packed no punch at all. It lacked the taste of alcohol and the pineapple portion of the drink just seemed watered down. The flavor of the drink on a whole was just very watered down. My boyfriend got a Zombie and his drink was flavorful I wish I had gotten that. Other people seemed to be enjoying their drinks though. For an appetizer I ordered pan fried dumplings, which about 3 of them were BURNED on the bottom and two were not. I don’t know how or why. From the Hibachi menu I ordered chicken and shrimp with fried rice. It came with soup, salad, 3 shrimp appetizer, vegetables, rice, ice cream, and green tea upon request. Everything was flavored the same and after a while I became tired of eating it. They used oil(which our chef called baby oil), garlic, butter, soy sauce, and something in a silver can which might be salt and pepper. Our party was of 25 and we had 3 chefs, 2 out of 3 seemed to be doing a good job. They made funny jokes and sang songs like«Im in love with the coco» probably because we are black lol. But I really enjoyed our chef. He was funny and on point with all of his tricks. When we got the check we were surprised that someone had already written in the tip, but don’t be alarmed it is exactly what they charged you on the first bill. I don’t know why they do it that way, normally restaurants charge you whatever they charge you and give you the option to tip additionally, but I don’t mind the way they did it. I just think they should inform some people who may not know exactly what they did, like an older person, or someone who is not that good at math. Will I come back here? Absolutely not. Well maybe for another one of the cool cups.

Not really what I was expecting. The concept of this place is enticing and intriguing but it doesn’t live up to the hype. The chef we had was talented but lacked the flare and energy needed for us to all have a spectacular time. I came here for a birthday event last evening and was expecting the restaurant to have more of a wow factor but it paled in comparison to what the description of this restaurant is. I was expecting the fried rice to be some of the best I’ve ever had and turns out it was actually below average of what I usually have. The drinks here are pretty good and strong and they have a few that are creeper drinks like the Cupid, for $ 9. The staff is pretty nice and friendly. The food was only«okay» and my friend had to send back an order that came out borderline cold. Additionally, the chef didn’t bring enough rice to make my order of scallops with rice so they had to make the rice in the back and bring it out to me after he was done with the show, which annoyed me because my particular rice was not made in front of me like it was for everyone else all because the chef forgot. With that being said, there’s nothing particularly special about this place. It is a decent establishment but not sure I would recommend this place and not sure I would come back here.

As soon as you walk in the restaurant an aroma of the grill is lingering thru the air. There was allot of people there this Sunday afternoon but we were quickly seated because my hunny made reservations. The steak and chicken with fried rice was grilled to perfection actually medium rare for me pink in the middle… yummy. The portions are large and the fried rice is fresh and well seasoned, you have your choice of soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce, the veggies, mushrooms, and bean sprouts were grilled lightly and crisp not overly cooked. My drinks, The Zombie and The Cupid were strong, sexy, and mixed with top shelf liquor(I asked). The atmosphere was lively and entertaining. The chefs are interactive and animated. The wait staff was friendly and eager to serve. The guests were friendly, when we exited everyone said good night to one another. A scoop of green tea ice cream was included with the meal.

Was there last night celebrating a friend’s birthday, had a full table of around 16 with 2 chefs cooking for us, chef ricky wasn’t too entertaining… way too much soy sauce on everything, ended up drinking a lot of water and dehydrated in the morning. All in all hibachis are more of a gimmick, a great place for dinner & a show, just remind them not to add too much soy sauce. PS: better than the hibachis in the riviera maya MX resorts who use wayyy too much soy sauce & no english
