Lovely breads, sandwiches, quiches, pastries and desserts. The almond croissant is worth highlighting — it is amazing. The croissants have just the right amount of almond filling, at the right consistency, and at a level of sweetness that goes perfectly with coffee. It is topped off with just enough toasted almond slices on top for crunch. … sometimes, I do wish there was slightly more toasted almond slices on top, but then it wouldn’t leave me wanting more.

Their Almond Croissant is one of the BEST I’ve had. I also tried their Croque Madame and it was also good. The only downside was that their coffee was quite bitter. But their pastry more than makes up for this downfall ;)

My son and I stopped here for a few treats. They were delicious! I thought they’d have a larger selection of items tho. I had the chocolate éclair and it was scrumptious. They are fairly pricey but worth the treat.

I was in search of the best blueberry muffin, so I ended up here. After taking the first bite I was quick to judge and it was ok. I Really was expecting more flavor, it was missing something. However, the Almond Croissant and the quiche are made to perfection, and a must try. If you’re ever in DUMBO or just strolling through the park and need a delicious snack… This is your place.

Passion fruit cake. tasty and delicious. Had to be order ahead of time. I had a difficult time ordering over the phone, there is no way to order online, which is sad because it would make it easier for people to order. I was told over the phone that they only take orders Mon– Fri and they do not hold cakes. Their cake display had very limited choices. This is my second cake, they have a good quality product, lack customer service and engagement. I am not sure if i will order again but overall they just need to get their customer service together otherwise more customers will not be returning.

4.5 stars. I’m in love with this place, from the quaint and simple décor to the friendly staff. A friend and I decided to come here to grab a quick bite while we were in the DUMBO area. We grabbed a window seat after we ordered our almond croissant and pain au chocolat and iced coffees. The almond croissant was a little piece of heaven, like eating cake for breakfast, powdered sugar and almond for well paired flavors. The pain au chocolat was flaky and soft and the chocolate was just the right amount of sweet. The coffee here is good, bold and flavorful. The prices are consistent with It’s a cozy space and a nice option to grab some baked goods and coffee. I would like to come back for their almond croissant because I haven’t found many places that make French style croissants.

Came here around 730am about 30 minutes after they opened in the morning and they had about 5 things out and ready; 2 types of muffins, the almond chocolate croissant, the almond croissant, and the chocolate croissant. Bought a chocolate almond croissant and a tea, paid $ 7… Not very satisfied.

Very unpleasant experience with employee even though it wasn’t crowded that Wednesday afternoon.

Absolutely delicious cakes and pastries, reasonably priced. We’ve tried«American» pies and cakes in other bakeries and they’re usually way too sweet(and everything is based on the frosting and nothing inside…). We always go back to Almondine Pastry chef is very nice and helpful. They have a very large selection of desserts, and breads. Nice location

Best boulangerie this side of the pond and south of Quebec… Didn’t try any of the sweets but the baguette brought us back to the wonderful bakery smells that is Paris! Will be back for more

This place has the most amazing almond chocolate croissant I’ve ever had. On top of that, every pastry I’ve ever had from here was amazing. The only downside is they have a $ 10 min for credit card and I never had cash on me. Oh well, I guess every time I come here I will just have to get multiple yummy treats to meet the minimum.

Good place. Clean and great location. Food is great but prices aren’t the best. I’d go back

Great bakery in Dumbo. Crowded by tourists, it’s still a great haven for locals who want freshly baked delicious breads and treats. Their sandwiches are great and absolutely worth trying.

For a patisserie, this place lacked variety, but it was small, so I can’t judge on that. I order one Danish. It was a mix of pear and peach for $ 2.50. It was a competitive price and it looked well made. Taste wise, the crust was actually not too brittle and not too sweet, but as I got into the middle, I’ve had to say it was one of the best Danishes I’ve had in my life. It was refreshing as I expected it to be, and wasn’t falling apart everywhere. A definite must try to drop by!

Oh man, this little bakery is amazing! Their almond chocolate croissant is delicious and the coffee is pretty good. A little pricey but I think it’s worth it(though maybe not $ 4 for a small iced coffee). Limited seating inside but why stay indoors when you can enjoy your coffee and baked goods out by the waterfront? Cash is preferred, so have some handy, but they do take card(I can’t recall the price limit).

The napoleon is a must and their other pastries are as good as they look. I don’t think you can go wrong here. They have a hazelnut espresso cake that was amazing. The place is small but kind«cold». Didn’t feel comfortable or a place to stay and enjoy a coffee. I would rather order everything to go and have a nice picnic in the riverfront. Still a veeeeery good bakery

Mmm… the almond croissants are amazing. They run out so you should go early to get them. Yes, I learned it the hard way, went after lunch and of course they were sold out. This is a really cute bakery with great ac, there are some small tables too if you feel like eating there. The quiche is amazing by the way, I tried the ham and cheese quiche, as well as broccoli quiche. I ate them the next day and they were still so good. It was $ 11 for 2 pieces of quiche but totally worth the money. Can’t wait to come back here!

I stumbled upon this place after a walk along the brooklyn promenade. When I walked in and wasn’t greeted. :/There were no other customers were at the counter. I ordered 2 macaroons to go. The macarons were a little on the expensive side. I paid 4.50 $ for two small macaroon. The macarons were good but average. Not sure, I will go back here with the other bakeries around.

Ok, I am a huge fan. I have been to this bakery twice and had an awesome experience each time. The café is pretty traditional – no music, no machines(other than an oven), and no wifi. If you’re looking to camp out and study, another place might be good for you. But, if you live in New York, you are bound to want some peace and quiet from the busyness of the city. Definitely drop by for a cup of coffee. The coffee here is great – super fresh and robust. Way better than Starbucks! But the almond croissants are absolutely incredible. Like melt-in-your-mouth good. I drooled halfway through eating mine. The outside is super flaky but not messy and the inside is soft and decadent. On top of it all, the staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable! Huge huge fan – you should go!
