These ppl are low lifes… they scrutinize tenants b4 moving in… I work in law enforcement they put me through a a serious background check… however they rent to any section 8 lowlife… just because they are Russian… or any other foreigner… I am no bigot… however being from another country should not entitle you to a free apartment… My friend lives in another building of theirs… All the super does is hire other ppl to do his chores… He works full time & is never there to service the building… and all the elderly tenants are afraid to report him… He has the luxury of residing on Ocean Pkway without doing anything but getting a free apartment… WAKE UP… This mgmt. does not send the exterminator on a monthly basis…

This is one of the worst property management companies I have ever experienced. The staff is very rude and not at all helpful. I would caution anyone considering renting or purchasing a place under this management.
