Matt took over over this agency a few years ago, and the positive changes are notable. The rates through Allstate have always been reasonable (they are the reason I switched to Allstate), and the agency is now the most responsive insurance agency I have dealt with. I have refinanced my mortgage several times and each time, this agency has provided the related documentation promptly. A member of Matt’s team also reaches out on an annual basis to discuss my insurance needs. If I ever have policy questions, Matt or someone from his team is available to answer my questions. Very easy to deal with this agency and a very responsive team.

Cant say i’ve had a problem with him and i’ve been w him for 4 years. In fact, I called to change my policy since i was renting out my place thinking it would cost more and it actually lowered the premium slightly. Just figured i’d try to round out his rating since there aren’t alot of ppl rushing to Unilocal to positively rate their insurance agent.

AVOID THIS GUY.
He will continually raise your rates for no reason. Shop around and you’ll see he’s a damn crook.
And when you try to cancel, he will IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS until you have to call Allstate and cancel with them.
Simply put — a bad guy and a terrible, unethical businessman.
