Excellent however was bewildered with the price change from one month to the next for the same job without any explanation why I was Ina hurry the place was getting crowded so I just hurried out of there without asking why the sudden change next time I will ask if there are changed on expenses I totally understand however the customer should be advised of that and should not be surprised with a different price from the previous time

Great experience, I had an appointment but had to wait a little. Alex is only hair cutter, so wait time depends. It was really quick haircut but results were lovely. The place does need some updating and fixing, seats were ripped and broken. Even though I was a little bit scared of how much hair was falling down. Lol definitely will go back for a haircut

I just got my eyebrows done today by the lady in Alex Hair Salon. She’s the only one who does eyebrows there, and this is the second time I’ve went here. The first time she did an okay job. Today she Literally took HALF of my eyebrow off. Before I sat down I told her exactly what I wanted. Im very specific with my eyebrows and made it clear I just wanted a cleaning and to keep the length of my eyebrow. After she cut them I looked and she had made them very short, when I said I had asked her not to cut the length she replied «I made them perfect, they were to long anyway «. I find that VERY unprofessional on her part, but I stayed and let her finish. After she was done, I looked in the mirror and was completely shocked, this lady took the top half of my left eyebrow off and made a dip in my right. When I say dip I mean that she left the first part and then cut the part after It so my eyebrow looked like a squiggly line. I was very upset, hysterical crying, gave her money and left. This is THE WORST experience I have ever had. I suggest NEVER going here for eyebrows.

this guy and his team suck! i went there to get an up do and makeup and i will NEVER EVER go back again. his wife was 2 hrs late for my appt. very unprofessional and they dont have a clue to hairstyling and on top of all that, they are complete rip offs!!!

People are wonderful and the service is great!
Alex and his wife are wonderful people, very warm and inviting! Alex did highlights on me and I love them! They do exactly what you want!
I love Teresa!!! She does hands down the best eyebrow threading and waxing in Brooklyn!

The people are nice and the prices are very reasonable.
