360 Interior Concept

Ben is absolutely amazing. We were gut renovating our kitchen and were looking for new cabinets and counter tops. We stumbled upon the store after a horrific experience at the big box across the street. After spending a 2 hour long appointment with the big box rep, who spent most of his time chatting up other customers, we left with only an outline of our existing kitchen floor plan (literally just the walls and window/​heating location, seriously??).
At first, when we saw the outside appearance of 360 Interior Concept, we felt it was bit sketchy but decided to check it out anyway. I’m glad we did. The inside is small but carries a variety of cabinets, counter tops, floors, tiles. Ben educated us about cabinets and ran through all the options available. He then proceeded to the big screen computer to start designing our kitchen after we picked out a few door styles. We were afraid it would take another 2 hours but Ben reassured us it won’t be long. In fact, it only took 15 mins for Ben to put together our entire kitchen design with cabinets, counter tops, and colors. The 3D rendering of our finished kitchen looked perfect.
We already had contractors gutting the kitchen so were only ordering the units from Ben. It took us a few visits with Ben to finalize everything since details changed as our kitchen got gutted. Throughout the process, Ben was available on the phone, via email, and willing to meet up at our convenience. He also personally came out to measure our kitchen before ordering our semi-​custom cabinets. We also purchased our counter tops from Ben because he was able to price match the big box competitor’s promotion and order the brand that was not typically carried in his shop. It took ~4 weeks for the shipment but it was worth the wait. Upon arrival there were few issues with the cabinets and Ben had it replaced immediately. It’s been 5 months and loving our kitchen. Ben was fantastic in ensuring all of our kitchen and bathroom needs were met, he walked us through tons of selections and followed-​up once everything was delivered. We purchased kitchen cabinets, marble countertops and bathroom vanity sets through Ben and we are completely satisfied, we went to a number of bix box stores but the quality and price was unmatched when compared to 360. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

Walked me through all their different products. I picked up some tiles that I liked and the rep gave me similar style more affordable options. Bought white shaker cabinets. Reasonably price. Was able to deliver cabinets in a short time frame & meet my tight timeline. I would definitely go back.
