This store has great selections and I always find a nice outfit. Some of the materials of the clothing are super cheap. The shoe selection and customer service is ok.

Hi, my name is Cathy. I am live in Brooklyn 11 220. There is 10spot near my house. I love go to shopping there, the pirce is cheap and the goods are very pretty. i come there at least 2 times a week. Since i came the U.S., I have been shop there 6 years. But after today, I will never come back again. I bought 2 bodysuits on June 11, one is S size and other is M size, because I was not sure about the size. They didn’t let me try these. After when I back home, i did try it, but S size is too small for me, and the M one is very good. So, I came back tried to ask them if I can change the size. But the store was closed. Next day was Friday i worked, i didnt have time to go back the Stroe. I tried to go Sunday morning, before I went to work, but the store was not open yet. Sunday, I went there and talked to the manger, she said I cannot change or refund .But the thing is the girl who works in the store told me I can change it in 14 days. I felt sad, my emotion was crazy, I was crying. And the cashier after she explain me she got angry. She wanted I to say sorry to her. I refused, and she was yelling on me, and said «now take your shit and go!» I mean, she didn’t have to say it, I know she just work there for living, but she did hurt me. Is it Because I am a Chinese?
