Mr T’s Auto Body & Collision Center

I recently was involved in an accident and luckily my car made it to Mr. T’s where I chose to get the work done as opposed to my car dealership. After meeting with the manager Chris and having him go over the details in depth, I felt confident choosing Mr. T’s. After my insurance adjust told me the damage was close to $ 12,000, I was very nervous but Mr. T’s did an excellent job and Chris the manager called me to update me constantly and let me know where things were at and made the whole process super easy. It did take a little bit longer than expected but there was a lot more damage than expected. Chris and MrTs come highly recommended though. They made a painful experience a lot more pleasant and the car looks brand new and came back looking super clean. Great service! Great staff!

No one ever wants to have to deal with an auto body shop; however, if you find yourself in need of assistance, do not hesitate to go to Mr T’s. They are amazing! I was rear-​ended and they worked with the insurance company and adjusters and also took care of extending my lease at Hertz when they found additional damage to the car and they needed more time due to having to order parts. They cleaned the car inside and out — it hasn’t looked this good since it was brand new! Chris, the manager, provided great customer service and he kept me in the loop and always answered my questions. As a female, I was a little hesitant about dealing with an auto body shop, but I never felt taken advantage of and was always treated with respect. I give them my highest recommendation!
