We have a Sprint Family plan, and my parents enjoy dealing with live people so we have come here for several years, since there seems to be no other option in the vicinity. Inevitably, the plan with Sprint gets screwed up every time we enter the doors, but alas, there is no other alternative. Prices on accessories are higher than you might find online, but not out of line with other bricks-​and-​mortar stores. It’s the ineptitude involving the contracts and Sprint plans that earns JB Wireless the three stars.
