I have now elimintaed this store from my shopping options. Like other folks on here, this store continues to nickel and dime me to death. The advertised or posted price is in error at least 50% of the time. Not to mention that you have to have a coupon to ever get a discount. What’s up with coup[ons, why can’t we just have a discount without a coupon. Yesterday was the last straw. I bought a package of waffle ice cream cones as my grandson’s were coming over and they like them. Take them out of the package to make ice cream cones, and not one of the cones was usable. It was a box of crumbs. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to avoid Cub Food stores from now on. Hurry up HyVee and open your doors.

Consistent poor customer service. It’s a Saturday only 3 check out lines. Long lines, self checkout machines not working properly. Would think this poor of service would have lower prices. Come on Hy-Vee bring stores here and show what customer service is all about.

This location CONSISTENTLY has prices scanning in that are different from the true price displayed or advertised. Or often times keying in the incorrect«price per pound» when getting produce or deli. If you don’t want to be nickle and dimed at the cashier, you literally have to stand over them and keep your eyes glued to the display as they ring you up. The meat department staff are inattentive. They make you wait and wait, even with nobody in line. Thank goodness HyVee will be here soon and put these guys out of business.

This is a fairly new Cub so it is pretty modern and clean.

When I first moved to Minnesota I thought Cub grocery stores were the dirtiest, nastiest grocery stores I’d ever seen. Then I moved to Brooklyn Park. This is the nicest Cub I have been to. Highlights include: –Clean store –Friendly employees –Large organic section –Red Box in store(2) –Rug Doctor rental
