Pizza Hut

Terrible. I ordered a pizza and I asked for crushed red pepper, and that it be cooked well done. I also requested silverware. We’re any of these things done? No.

I called to order my pizza at 12:45. The agent on the phone was rude and apparently doesn’t know how to take an order. After calling her computer retarded, I had to give her my credit card number and order twice. That doesn’t bother me as much as its 2:30 and still haven’t received my pizza. I’m pretty sure it’s not coming. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!

Terrible customer service, cold food, orders are wrong. Decided to choose another pizza place. Do not order from here, you will regret it. Tried to speak with a manager for my money back and never got a call back. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Go to another location. These guys ALWAYS mess up orders and ZERO manners or customer service skills. Brooklyn Center’s finest… nuff said.

This place is a 0 no ratings at all! It is the worst place I have ever ordered in my life! I ordered online and after an hour pass I didn’t get my pizza! when I call to inquire my order they couldn’t find my order the person that picked up says that they will have the manager call me right back with a solution. After 15 mins i didn’t get a call back! I called again and explained myself AGAIN! I was put on hold for 30 mins until I could get anyone on the phone. when the assistant manager came on he apologies and explained that he couldn’t find my order, he then told me that they had new workers and told me that the driver is new and they been trying to locate him all day, he finally found my order and told me that they sent the driver out already. I placed the order at 5:1 4pm. I called them at 6:30pm they told me that the driver was dispatched at 6:50 since I was on the phone with them for 30 mins. I told them that it is now 7pm and I still don’t see the driver. I can drive to pizza Hut and it only takes me 5 minutes to get there. the driver still hasn’t showed up, the manager finally came on the phone and guaranteed me that the driver will be here. She promised me that she will call me back. I still didn’t get a callback. finally at 7:17 the driver finally showed up. wow! I am seriously pissed and my appetite is gone. This is the worst place ever to order from. I will be calling corporate asking for my money back. 2 hrs of waiting for a pizza that promised me quick delivery and good service was a disappointment everything that I ordered was also cold. I will never order there again. I

I would like to give this a no star rating. Ordered good for myself n Co workers after the food was twenty minutes late I called. The store Manager who answered the phone as «Trish» got real nasty with me, when I asked what her name was she said «its Lucile Ball B¤tch». If on the area don’t go here, I wouldn’t want anyone else to deal with what I went through
